This is info for a Bandit's Guild I've started. So read it.
Structure:
The bandit's guild has a fairly basic hierarchy structure, with a ruler at the top(Meldos), followed by the elite members. There are only ten or fifteen of these. Next are the normal bandits, with about fifty or so of these. The elite members may often lead a group of five or six bandits during a raid, which leads into topic 2.
How they Work:
The bandits in the guild are very organized. Before launching a raid, they will often send one or two members to watch the house for a few days and observe the target's routines. When they attack, they will often strike first with arrows or other projectiles, then raid the house and set it ablaze. They are, and I repeat myself, extremely organized, each one knowing what to search for. They hate to leave a job unfinished and will often try to kill all of the people in the house, hunting them down if they fail. This is a major weakness of their's. They often catch the attention of their targets with the speed and skill they perform with. They hardly ever leave evidence and only work in darkness.
