Elgin walked alongside the hooded figure as they walked through Logata Field. "Ready to serve your new master, Goron?" the hooded figure asked.
Why is Elgin in Logata Field? Who is this new master? Let us look back in time....
About 20 minutes earlier.....
Elgin walked in the outskirts of Logata City, trying to avoid any stragglers from the invading army. What are you doing here, you coward? You should be helping your friends fight the enemy! Elgin's brave and better side of his brain asked/told him. I-I can't. I can't kill more people. Elgin's cowardly and worse part of his brain replied. Since most of Elgin's heart was with being the "coward" part of his brain, he kept on walking. Suddenly, a small hooded figure came from an alley that connected to the one Elgin was in and stood right in front of him.
"G-get of my way!" Elgin said, stopping in front of the strange figure.
"Come with me, Goron, and serve a master who will protect you while people of higher rank train you in all kinds of combat. It is better than fighting for the king or that Imperator Rhykim."
Elgin thought about this for a moment. Protection? Training? This deal was perfect.
"Alright, you have yourself a deal." Elgin said. The hooded figure seemed to light up at this response.
"Come with me." The figure said, walking in the same direction Elgin had been going.

Elgin continued to walk with the hooden figure. He was very excited about the training part of the deal. I know I'm already pretty strong, but getting stronger would be awesome! Suddenly, Elgin thought he saw something move in the distance to his left. Elgin stopped and glanced left to see a rolling figure heading in his direction.
"Wait, come look at this." Elgin said to the hooded figure. If Elgin had looked at the hooded figure, he would've caught a glimpse of his face, but alas, he didn't. Elgin heard the hooded figure walk to Elgin's side, and Elgin saw as the hooded figure looked at the rolling figure in the distance.
"Don't worry about it." the short hooded figure said before he kept walking. But it was his mistake to ignore it. For it ended out to be his murderer about a minute and a half later.

Taurean heard the sound of many bones breaking and felt blood on his skin as he accidently rolled over the tiny man. After rolling two more feet, Taurean stood up and looked at the man he ran over. "Ooo, I didn't mean to do that." A few seconds after Taurean said, he heard heavy foot steps, but it was too late. Two heavy hands slammed into his back and sent him to the ground. Taurean looked up only to see Elgin put his foot on Taurean's back.
"This is where it ends, brother."

After about twenty minutes of brutal fighting, Elgin was bleeding out, thanks to Taurean ripping out a piece of skin, and Taurean's left arm was broken. Neither had much strength to move, but Elgin decided to try one last thing before he died.
"Goodbye, brother." Elgin said as he moved one and a half of the two inches of the distance between him and Taurean and snapped his neck. Taurean's pupils went to the back of his eyes, and he fell to the ground. During the last fifty seconds of his life, Elgin fell to his knees, and looked at his brother's dead body and whispered something.
"See you in the afterlife".
Those were Elgin's last words.
