Plot:
In this city, better known as Valland, biological testing is the norm. At least three laboratories for the stuff exist on this city in the sky. After the massive bioweapon backfire 100 years ago, humans have built cities hovering above the cloud of deadly gas on the surface. As it turns out, one of these was working on a mutation genome. The test subject had highly undesired effects, mutating quickly. His one hand formed into tentacles, the other a giant claw, and burst out of the facility, only after spreading it to the three scientists in the room with him. He fled to the city, spreading to more and more people.
That's where the BTAET comes in, or the Biological Threat Annihilation and Extinction Team. They quarantined the city and moved in, with 'exo-suits' that enhanced their strength and gave them armor. Their mission is to kill off the corrupted in the city, before they kill off them.

Corrupted:
The Corrupted are a cross between man and animal. While perfectly capable of speech and advanced thought, they are also animals. They have a lust for blood and nourishment. They gain said nourishment by draining others of their life force through prolonged contact, usually to the face. Upon contact, they can absorb the life force or corrupt the victim. Note other Corrupted can also be absorbed. They can be anything from fully mutated beasts to a human with a small marking on his hand. The corrupted sections of their body appear gruesome, with black and brown markings. Fully Corrupted individuals have four eyes, small mandibles by their face, and sharpened teeth. Their eyes are a sickly yellow. Corrupted individuals can change their body structure, allowing them to grow things like tentacles or claws. Most can only do a few of these, however. Corrupted are built for speed, being very agile and strong.
BTAET Soldier:
The BTAET soldiers wear metal exoskeletons. Not full suits, but skeletons that give them enhanced strength and some extra armor on the chest and limbs with a small helmet. These have some built in weapons, but not many. The soldiers all have interconnected comm systems, and their suits are controlled via their minds. The suits give them agility, speed, and strength that rivals the Corrupted, being able to lift the end of a car without assistance. Their uniforms are varied in color, as are their suits. The suits appear as a metal frame for their bodies, with plating on the upper chest, arms(excluding joints), back, and the front and outsides of the legs. They also heal rather quickly.

Wings: Like the glider, but stronger and allow flight for short-medium periods of time. Skin is extremely thin and susceptible to being sliced open easily.

The corruption started in his right hand, and has spread to both arms and up the left side of his face, leaving one eye yellow and one blue. He has slightly sharpened teeth, and small bumps that signal the beginnings of mandibles. His palms are black, with black stripes running up his arms. The rest is a dark brown.
Clothing: Wears a white hoodie with red drawstrings, red stitching, and the Japanese symbol for threat on the left side, with one above the other in red(For reference). He also wears blue jeans and white sneakers with red highlights.

Backstory: He grew up in the slums, fending for himself after he lost everything when the weak part of the city, the 'slums', collapsed away with his family inside. He lived on the streets, and was on of the first to be corrupted. Since then, he has proven and might and has taken something of a leader role.

Steroids for the infected, if you will. He collects his nourishments by going to an illegal underground fight club, where he has aLl the reason he needs to be close to people. Many people die there anyway, so it's not like people notice it...
