The year is 2025. Anything good from the past decades has been overwritten. A terrorist organization, known as I.A.A.R.S(Infiltration and Annihilation Rebellion Society) has infiltrated the United States of Canada government. A group of elite soldiers have decided to take action. They must eliminate these infiltrators, while keeping their own alive. Their superiors are eager to eliminate this threat.
Alright! Here's the newest round of Mafia! Sign-ups will occur for one week, or until they are filled! The game needs 8 to be played, but there is room for 10!
The game occurs in three phases. The Day Phase is when voting occurs in this format:
Vote: (name)
Unvote: (Name)(Used when you switch your vote)
The Twilight Phase occurs between day and night. Discussion can occur, but voting cannot. During the Night Phase abilities can be activated, but discussion cannot occur. NO DISCUSSION OUTSIDE OF THE GAME!
You may assume a role, but it is highly unadvised.
The person with the most votes at the end of a day phase will be killed. You may only post once in the night phase after your death until the game ends. Unless you notify me of being inactive, you will be modkilled after a full cycle of no posting or responses. If you do not post in a day phase, I will PM you during the night phase. Unless you respond, you will be modkilled.
Abilities:
There are six abilities in this game(seven if sign-ups are filled). These are the abilities of the Soldiers.
Leader: Rallies the soldiers regularly and lets them use their abilities. Cannot be killed by vote; only the infiltrators. If he dies, everyone loses their abilities.
Vigilante: Can kill one person of their choice at night. Can be used once.
Guardian: Can protect one person per Night Phase, excluding themselves. Cannot protect the same person twice in a row.
Surveillance Expert: Will receive a hint in the Night Phase about what will happen in the game.
Dedicated Soldier: If this person is killed, they will kill the person they voted for.
Martyr: Can choose to have himself killed instead of the person voted for. Usable during the Twilight Phase.
Trickster: Can switch the targets of two people during the Night Phase, i.e. Guardian and Hunter. Can only be used once.
Drunkard: PMs me a list of 4 people(2 if the number is below 5, and cannot be used if there is 3 left) once in the game. That night, one of them will randomly be chosen and killed.(Only a role if we get extra sign-ups.)
Infiltrators:
Ealz: The leader. If a decision on who to be killed cannot be reached, his decision takes priority.
Sallen: Another infiltrator. That's it.
Zeln: The infiltrator for the extra sign-up.
In the Day Phase, votes are cast by all members. At the end of the Twilight Phase, the person who received the most votes will be killed. During the Night Phase, the hunters will PM each other about who they will kill, and those who can activate their abilities during the night will do so as well if they wish to. At the end of the Night Phase, the abilities and hunter's decision will take effect, and the Day Phase will start anew.
