Hi, I'm cubanpete24, better known as cubanpete24 on TNO. On our website, whenever we make an rpg, a "cubified" picture is almost always posted with a character sheet. A "cubified picture" is basically a picture of a character, that's been photoshopped, that also has a quote by the character, that defines them.
(The reason it's called "cubify" was because back on our site, I was the first to do it, and the term sort of stuck, since that isn't the case here, you can call it whatever you like, but for the purpose of this post, I will refer to a "photoshopped picture of a character with a caption" as a "cubification")
A cubified pic can be taken using a game engine, like Halo, or Garry's mod. Or you can just borrow pictures you see on google images. Remember folks...always credit your pictures if that's the case. You don't want to get sued.
we have a halo themed rpg, which is very lucky of us, since most halo games have access to a "theater" mode where you can take snapshots of gameplay moments, which are then uploaded to a website. We rarely ever have to take an image from google images.

But since this is primarily a zelda rp forum, I'll give a crack at something Zelda related.
Let's say you make a new character, and he looks a lot like Link...And your name is also Jimmy.
This is how planning a cubification usually plays out.
Jimmy: Golly cuban, I sure am satisfied with my character sheet...All I need now is a picture of him, But alas, google images just doesn't meet the standards of my imagination...
Myself: Don't fret Jimmy! What does your character look like? And what's his name?
Jimmy: He looks a lot like Link, But he has a purple tunic, red hair, and green eyes. His name is Bob.
Myself: Piece of cake Jimmy! Is there any picture that you are fond of?
Jimmy: This one!
Myself: Okay Johnny boy! Give me an hour or so (Or 6 months) and I'll get it done!
Myself: Alright my man, the cubification is done! What quote would you say defines your character as a person...
Jimmy: Hmmm...I know! How about "Test cubification"
Jimmy: Hmm...
Myself: What's the matter Jimmy? Not satisfied with the cubification?
Jimmy: Well...I forgot to add one detail, and I'd really hate to have to make you go back and edit it...
Myself: That would be no problem at all Jimmy*
*Unless I have to redo the whole **** thing
Jimmy: Well...Could you place Bob in front of a Costco superstore?
Jimmy: Golly, Thanks cuban!
And that's about it for cubifications...
