Okay so wow I just finished my first day of work (yesterday we kinda never figured out where to go) and I just got a shower I'm human again yay.
But yeah hello friends I did a lot today. First Becky (barn manager) and I mucked stalls, and then we bedded them (basically we clean out all the gross shavings and horse poop and then put down new shavings). I had lunch and cleaned up Janet's kitchen while she napped that was kinda cool Then I got to take a break and I kinda fell asleep on Janet's couch. She didn't really care though. We went back to the barn and fed the horses and moved some of them to paddocks and some of them back to their stables and one of the horses headbutted me. Then Becky went home and I hung out with Janet around the barn until mom came, but oops one of the pipes for the mule's water broke so we had to turn off her water and make sure she had enough for the night. But of course as Janet's walking over the fence fell and almost squished her so we had to fix THAT too.
But yeah man it really wasn't all that much work man it was pretty fun. :u
