    The Future

    For argument's sake, lets say the world isn't ending anytime soon.
    We have known each other for a while now, but how well do we really know each other? I created this thread as a chance for all of us to talk a bit about our plans for the future. You know, what do you want your future to look like? For example, some of you know I like to write and getting a job involving writing would be great for me, but do you know where I'd like to go to college? Where I'd like to live? That's what this thread is about. Tell us everything and anything you want! From job, to marital status, to place you want to live at, etc! We want to know. After a few replies I'll post more about me.

    Well, I dream of having Elliot as my husband, as I'm sure many of you can guess if you've been trolling our profiles. lol I'm hoping that together, we can have two kids, a girl and a boy, and maybe adopting more.
    I'm not sure where I want to live. I want to live close my parents, so that they can be a part of their grandkids' lives, but I also want to live somewhere with milder summers and snow in the winter. I'm good with Texas, but I think I'd prefer to live further north.
    I'm sure you know that I want to be a writer. I also feel I'd be good at it, thanks to everyone's support of my Imogene stories. However, I do not want to be bound to a company that gives me deadlines for my work. I'd be a free lance author, if I even decide to go into that profession. I think right now, I want to just write for the heck of it. No, that does not mean you are free to rip-off my stories.
    I am studying to be a counseler. Those who've opened up to me and let me help them know that I already have some skill with encouragement. Because Zeke has mentioned a desire to also go into psychology, I'm hoping maybe we can go into business together.
    As a second career option, if I decide that I can't take other people's stress any more, I'm thinking of going being a veternairy, however you spell the darn word. This is because I love animals, and I'd like to heal them if I can. I know this will also be a stressful job, but I think it will be worth it.

      Well my friend and I wrote this friendfic we hope is gonna come true, but it probably won't, but anyway...

      My plan is to become either a pyrotechnician (one who works with fireworks) or have some job involving fire. I'm not very artistic and don't finish writing unless the project is part of a school assignment, so neither fields would do good for me. I'd love to stay in touch with all of you, and hope that maybe I can design some fireworks that you can come see. I plan on moving out of this town, hopefully even this state, because I have a few legit friends here that won't backstab me, and there's nothing here for me.
      Where will I move? I'm not really too sure. If our friendfic turns out, we'll stay here until my friend gets a big break in Anime/Magna and we move to Japan, but in all honesty, I just wanna get out of Florida.
      I'll probably keep some sort of job for before I have a job involving fire and for when work is slow (i.e; nobody wants fire/fireworks, or there's a burn ban, ect), and to keep some sort of steady cash flow. I hope to become a little girl's regular sitter if I do a good job tommorrow watching her while her mom gets beautified for her wedding and watching her when the wedding is over and the after party is going on. I want to do dual-enrollment in High School as soon as I can, so I don't have to go to college for that long (depending on how long I'll need to attend collage to get a degree in pyrotechnics or something like that)For a while I've been trying to figure out what my thing is, wether it be writing like HBC, drawing like my friend, or some other third thing, but when I asked my best friend I've fought with once, that being Seventh Grade, the year I don't remember much of, she said my special talent was Multi-Tasking, and that I've been doing it since we were little. Maybe somehow I'll incorperate that into my future? I wonder if I could be a receptionist part-time to keep a steady cash flow, I've been able to type quickly since I was little, and anybody who watches me type can tell you that.
      I don't know where I'll go to collage, I might to to UF and be a Gator, or I might move out of state early to go to collage. As for right now, I'm Floridastuck, and if things keep up the way they are, I'm gonna be here for a while.

        Well, I'm new here...but to show you my personality I'll tell you guys.

        I hope to be accepted into the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC), go to college for Political Science, be in the Navy for a good decade or go career depending on how well I am there/how it is.

        After that, not sure, my life could go either way...I do dream to become President of the US, yeah big dream I know xD.

        And amidst all this I hope to start a family.

        There ya go...that's me.

          I've always aspired to work with computers, particularly for one of the big companies(Because one day someone's gonna let me into Nintendo :P ) and find a girl who loves me back and start a family. That's it.

          I'm complicated, aren't I? :P
          So I'm back, or at least I will be eventually. Trying to reintegrate myself.

            I want to marry my current boyfriend (that or marry zeke lol) work in administration, get a book published, go explore the world, have a few kids, simple life, simple dreams, simple goals. that's me for ya lol.

              Well, I see parts of my life have already been planned out for me lol.
              Currently I'm working on getting my bachelors degree in technical writing, and like BC, I'm hoping Nintendo will one day accept me too (lololololosob). If that fails, I dunno, maybe I'll work at a daycare. I've always loved kids. If that fails, I'll try to take a job as a goods transporter for overseas stuff. I've always wanted to travel. Or peace corps, since they also travel around the world while at the same time helping people. They don't get paid much, but I never really needed much anyway. BUT THEN AGAIN IF IM GOING TO BE SUPPORTING TWO KIDS I GUESS ILL BE NEEDING THE MONEY D:
              If that fails, whatever, I'm joining the army D:
              As for where I live, as long as it's not hot and humid, I'm perfectly happy living wherever in a two-story house with a good-sized backyard. With a tire swing! I want a tire swing! And I'll have a pet shiba inu and a cactus. Or venus fly trap.

                if you don't want hot and humid don't move to Australia Elliot, it's like that for at least three months of the year.... depend on the way November acts it can also be four months lol.

                        Okay, I'm posting this now since I'm slightly paranoid of the two flights I have tommorow.

                        I hope to either be a zoologist, a game designer or developer or programmer. If all those fail, I'll probably do what my dad does.....but I can never remember EXACTLY what he does...only that he does virus protection stuff.....
                        I AM planning on having a wife and at least two kids, and hopefully live either Seattle, Monaco, Barcelona, or Roma(Rome). Or maybe Japan, so my kids get all the cool games early (cool). If I work in the video game company, I'll work for Ubisoft, and if they aren't around, Microsoft or Nintendo.

                        So that's me.

                          Anyways, I only want... two children. At most. I'd probably seek out a job with Santa Monica studios(Look it up) or Nintendo... or Valve :3

                          If I can't get into any of those, it's teaching. I really want to live on the coast somewhere, where's it's always cool and maybe rainy... I like rain.

                          (Yes I know I already made a post, but I wanted to expand.)

                          Mostly I just want to graduate with good marks, get into a good university, nail a good job, that sort of thing. My cousin was valedictorian and just graduated from U of A(University of Alberta) with 2 A's and something like 44 A+'s... yeah... expectations.

                            So, for me, I want to start by graduating. My dream has been for a while to travel to London and study at University of Oxford which is one of the leading universities worldwide. Like I mentioned before, I'd be interested in studying something that has to do with writing. If I didn't, I'd probably end up studying something with math or biochemistry. After graduating I want to do one of two things: Stay to live there in London, get a job, hopefully publish a book, get married and have kids. OR move to Australia or Canada and basically the same as in London. Of course before I settle down and the wife keeps me from traveling freely, I will fly to each and every one of your homes and meet you guys. Might even take hostage some of you and bring them back to London as my pets. Who knows, we might end up being best friends in real life as well.
                            So yeah, I think that's all. A couple years ago I had made a more detailed list of everything I want to do, might even have been a full-out bucket list, but it's lost now so oh well.

                              But anyway, I was talking to falc earlier, and I said everybody on AoW was like my family.
                              Kairu's almost like the dad I never had, HBC's the older sister, Elliot, J, and falc are like my brothers, ect.
                              I want to at least meet a couple of you guys, if not all.
