    The Zombie Apocalypse

    Most part of today in the Shoutbox was spent discussing the post apocalypse procedures and survival tactics. So well, we got talking, and chose some people we would join up with, where we would go, and such. Here you can discuss about it, what tactics are good? What would be something stupid to do? What weapon should you not live without? This is us:
    -HBC, Elliot, Ammy, and me.
    HBC is getting the water, Elliot is getting the weapons, Ammy is getting transportation, i'm bringing the food. We are meeting up in Dallas and then choosing where to head next. Our one rule is we need to leave our family behind. Ammy don't forget you're brining a van, and Elliot don't forget to bring hunting knives for all of us.
    So what about you guys? Discuss! (Also HBC is making an RP group)

    im making a list of things i must bring and can't bring
    so far

    Must: Jeans, Tees, the bow downstairs (unsure of location of arrows/quiver), blowdart/needles, boots, denim shorts, longer socks, probably a good pair of sneakers, throwing stars and knives, deoderant, and Rascal. i love my dog i cant just ditch him!

    DO NOT: Family, Art Crap (unless extra space is available, be prepared to dump it if the need arises) and my hairbrush.

    if any of this applies to you, i sugges you use it. i will edit this list as time goes on.

      I'm going to bring a backpack with my stuff in it. My stuff will be a change of clothes, a small blanket, a hairbrush, some de-O, MP3, pencil, pad of paper, a bunch of batteries and lead, and of course, the water. Might bring some hair ties too. Or I'll just cut my hair off and ditch the hair brush. I dunno.

      While I would absolutly love to bring my cats, they are just too independant, and frankly too hard to take care off. I wouldn't be able to get them to come with me, and they're used to food when they want it. Period. So sorry, kitties, I'm afraid I'll have to leave you behind.

      Elliot, if you could get me a bow and quiver of arrows, I would really appreciate it. Fave weapon evah.

        Can I come with you guys? I'll probably either join you guys or head to Australia to go with Midna and our friend Emma. If I come with you guys... I'll bring the Twinkies I promised! XD
        Also, I'll get a couple guns, some dehydrated/canned food, and ... what else would you need if I came?
        Oh yeah, and HBC... if you want, I can steal GV's bow. It's bad quality and made for training arrows, but it works!

          ^ DN, if you really do live in Washington, we should meet in Great Falls and jack a plane.

          I have nothing I could bring for weapons... uh, yeah, nothing. I'd probably go to Wal-Mart and steal a few pistols, then go to my friend's house, find his gramp's address, go there, and steal his sword collection.
          So I'm back, or at least I will be eventually. Trying to reintegrate myself.

            Did someone say apocalypse?
            You betcher shiny behindy I’m ready.

            I’ve already got two bags packed with air-sealed non-perishable food -since the day I wanted to run away from home- -because I’m a food hoarding squirrel- in case of emergencies that should last us about a week if we use it smartly. The black bag also comes with survival stuff like matches, cloths and bandages in case someone gets hurt, alcohol for -drinking away your sorrows at your lost life- sanitation, rubber bands, a jar to keep water or whatever in, scissors, tape, and even a bar of soap because hygiene is important. That survival book should also help us with food when we run out too. We’re gonna have to share that sleeping bag though. Who wants to be the first to share it with me? I’m so lonely.

            I also went into the garage to check for weapons. Sorry, HBC, no bow and arrows here. No hunting knives either, but hey, who needs that when you can bash the crap out of people/spread tetanus/become a pyromaniac! Also digging. And since my dad’s in the military he might be able to supply us with guns or something before I abandon his behind for a bunch of lovely folks I’ve never met before. No it’s okay, I’m sure that’ll totally sit well with him. His heart will only be broken a little bit. I’ll be getting a fishing rod soon too, so I could probably fish us up some delicious fish flavored with radiation from a world-torn apocalypse. Mmm! That’s the nutritious taste of despair!

            Should we need ropes for -when we inevitably grow crazy and turn against each other- climbing or securing things, I’ve got us covered there too.

            And if Ammy is unable to nab us a van, I can bring this totally rockin truck with us. This portable baby can go up to 5 miles per hour heck yeah. Or if awesome trucks aren’t your thing, then try this awesome mortorcyclebike thing that can also go up to 5 miles per hour wow. With words like “Power Wheels” and “6 Volt” stickered onto it, you know you won’t go wrong with this contraption! What? Of course I’m taking this seriously. Why do you ask?

            Finally, here’s a stuffed bear you can hug while you cry at how you’ve just abandoned your family and doomed yourself to an eternity with us. Try not to cry too hard. You’ll loose hydration and we’re already running low on water.

              Well Elliot, I can honestly say that you are one of the best assets in our team ;D Anyways, there's been a change of plans, team. According to the rulebook, "Stupid Things You Shouldn't Do in a Zombie Apocalypse" we can't go to Dallas. Big cities equal nono. So, after some research and discussion, we have decided to go somewhere else.
              Leona, Texas.
              As you can see the place is damn close to water sources and stuff, and it is still in the middle. So Leona, here we go. Also, this isn't the final place we are staying at, too close to civilizations, but for now, that is our goal.

                  It would be nice to meet you guys, but I hhave my own plans. :cool:
                  Step 1 : Gather food, clothes, guns, bullets, that kinda of stuff.
                  Step 2 : Get some locals to team up with me (including a girl my age, probably gonna need her later if you know what I mean)
                  Step 3 : Find the fastest and largest RV and take it.
                  Step 4 : Get to the shore of the Gulf of Mexico.
                  Step 5 : Hijack a boat and get the supplies in it.
                  And Step 6 : Find some unpopulated island in the Gulf of Mexico.
                  I might stop by and say hi to you guys, but if you really want me to be around, you're gonna have to get in the RV when I stop by.

                    Second of all, if y ou've ever heard of a game called Pandemic, then you know that Madagascar is the safest place around.

                      First off, Madagascar is on the right side Africa, so its really far away, whereas the islands in the Gulf of Mexico are close by.
                      Second, if we do decide to meet, we better figure out a good place to meet. Just saying Seattle will send us in a search that will go on for hours looking for each other in Seattle and near Seattle.
                      Third, I was kinda planning for me and my group(if I get one) to stop by every member along the way and pick them up so that I wouldn't feel bad about leaving you guys behind once I'm on the island.

                        at least Z wants to keep the human population's numbers up D:

                        i've been starting to gather some supplies and such and stashing them around the house like rations; never know when we gotta pack up and get the eff outta here.

                        btw i'm making rules on what to do... kinda ripping off Zombieland but whatevs. any ideas?

                              Well after very intricate research from everyone on the team, we've decided on a new destination to meet up. Even though the other town was good, it was too close to civilization and we found a better one.
                              Indianola, Texas
                              The town is very close to various sources of water, and it is a ghost town, meaning the chances of running into someone are slim, which will also make it faster for us to locate each other. Ammy, Elliot, and HBC, you guys can prolly make it there in a day, maybe 2 for HBC if she is walking there. For me, it would take me at least 3 days to get there if i headed there straight on car, over a week if i was walking. So I decided that I am heading straight right to the coast first, get there in a day or at most a day and a half. When I'm there hijack a jet-ski or a yacht, prolly the latter, and head straight up to Indianola. This way it will take me 2 days, 2 and a half tops to get there and meet up with you guys. Besides, having the yacht, it will spare us the effort of finding one later if we plan on taking to the sea. So for now, this is the plan.
