‎>Ganondorf in WW says "By withdrawing the blade you have broken the seal," Talking about when Link took the MS out of the Pedestal in the Tower of the Goddesses and unfroze time, then going to his tower to defeat him.
    >In OoT You draw the Master Sword as a kid and Ganondorf took over while you were in the Temple of Time
What if the Master Sword kept the seal on Ganondorf in Ocarina of Time too.

Well hate to disprove this topic so fast, but that can't be right. Ganondorf was already King of Gerudo before Link even started his quest. He already had the intentions of ruling Hyrule prior to his summon at Hyrule Castle. However, it is likely he was never Ganon until then. It says he entered the Sacred Realm and touched the Triforce, therefore infusing him with the ToP. That is where he received the powers of Ganon. Therefore the discussion of Ganondorf and the Master Sword is invalid.

Also, because I don't want to open another thread for a theory probably going to be disproved, I posted this a little while later.

        Dude,
Zelda Wii, Chuggaa mentions it in his LP when he sees the Queen of the Fairy Worldwhen he teleports to Mother and Child Island in Wind Waker.
The girl on the cover (because he flashes a pictures) is obviously Fi.
He notes the the girl on the cover and the Queen of the fairy world look very similar.
        Miyamoto!
If you want me to, I'll move it to another thread though.
