"I understand your reasoning to look down on animals, but I consider them equals. If you disagree, then let us not waste time arguing it now."

Elwood had drifted into his mind, but was awoken when Nia jingled nearby. "Hey! Look!" she pointed out. Elwood looked up, since he knew better than to ignore his fairy. "What is it? Who's there?" he asked tentatively. He hoped it wasn't some of those monsters that had kidnapped him. The other two were distracted, and his slingshot wasn't ready, so he wouldn't be able to keep them back.Comment

Ea heard the boy yelling in something of a worried tone, and in one fluid motion whirled around, drew an arrow and knocked it on her bow. "Come out or I'll put an arrow through your eye!" She looked around. "Wherever that may be..."So I'm back, or at least I will be eventually. Trying to reintegrate myself.

Sephira was slower to react than Ea. Her hand shot to her sword, but she turned her gaze to Star. "What is is?" she asked, even though the cheetah wasn't the one who gave the warning.
A human, she answered, sniffing the air. Smells familair. We've met her before, but not very long, or I'd know it better.

Lumina stepped forward, revealing herself to the two people who were threatening her. She heard a jingling noise off in the distance, and made a mental note to go and investigate as soon as this crisis was averted. "Well, hello to you too," Lumina said disdainfully. She untied the leather loop that held her two-piece chakram to her waist. Gripping it in her hand, not bothering to separate it into its two halves yet, she waited for their response. If it was a fight they wanted, they were about to get it.Comment

Ea lightly lessened her tension on the bow, careful to not let it go slack. This person obviously wasn't afraid to hurt them if she needed to. She looked at this person. Sephira frowned thoughtfully. "Star's right, you do look familair." She rubbed at her chin. "Oh yeah! You were that Sheikah who showed up at Elliot's pyre. I had wondered where you had gone."
Just then, Midnight showed up, carrying various different kinds of roots in his mouth. He started slightly when he saw the woman, but continued towards Sephira, dropping the roots at her feet. Hard to smell around those, or I would have known you had gained a member, he muttered.

Fixing her crimson eyes on the one who had spoke first, Lumina said, "Sorry, just overheard you blabbering on about your complete disrespect of animals." She smiled down at the wolf, then added, "They truly are such beautiful creatures. Surely their beauty is enough to earn them some respect?" I wonder if I could train an animal like that, she thought briefly. It would definitely make an interesting addition to my show... Lumina pushed away the thought. Her show was fine as it was, there was no need, at the moment at least, to pull an animal from its home to perform for her.Comment

"Maybe you should start learning then," Lumina said. "It's foolish to just assume something has no use. Plus, anyone with eyes can see animals are beautiful, whether you are hunting them or not."
Lumina did not particularly like hunting. She didn't really care for dying period, because she knew the work that went into caring for the deceased on the part of the Sheikah. Also, she thought it was a waste of life when food could easily come from other sources. She never thought of herself as a vegetarian, but she did try to avoid eating meat whenever possible.Comment

Sephira hid a smile. Beauty didn't make something useful. If anything, it tended to make something more useless. Gems on a sword tended to make the hilt too heavy. Decoration on a bow would make it slip. A beautiful person often had no brains to match it. Sephira was firm in her belief that every beautiful had its purpose, just not in the life of the practical.
She was please, though, that the Sheikah was defending her partners. She supposed she could see how others would consider them beautiful. The strenght that radiated in Midnight's every stride, the speed that graced Star's. Yes, she could definately see how they could be considered beautiful. She herself perhaps could be considered so, although the only to really complement her on such things... Sephira reached up to touch her pendant, before remembering that James still had it. She sighed and stood. "We should be heading to meet James soon, Elwood," she called to the Kokiri, blatantly(sp) ignoring the two women.Phillipians 4:13 - I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

Once Elwood had realized Lumina was no immediate threat, he tried to finish fashioning his slingshot. It was coming along well, something Nia was happy to point out with a jingle. Elwood smiled at her and tied another root tightly around the left stick that was protruding longer than the other two. He need them to balance each other out better, and that meant he would need to cut it. Drawing his sword, he pressed down on the short edge that wasn't tied, and after a bit of effort it fell off. He was proud of his work. The slingshot was almost done, all that it was missing was the string that would allow for the berries to be fired. Sadly, he had learned before that roots weren't flexible enough for that job, and leaves would break. A branch was out of the question, but if only he could find a liana... He wasn't sure it would work, but it was his best shot. His head jerked up when he heard his name. However, he hadn't hear what Sephira had said before. Nia quickly jingled it to him, and he nodded thankfully. "Yeah, sure," he called back to the girl.Comment

"Where are you guys going?" Lumina asked curiously. She really didn't have anywhere to be because she hadn't scheduled any shows. Lumina tended to procrastinate on those kind of things. More often than not, she just went into the town square and started performing without scheduling anything with the town's council.Comment

Sephira smiled. "Alright, then, Elwood. Let's head out." She turned to the Sheikah. "We're heading over to meet my boyfriend, then we'll be leaving Hyrule to see what we can find beyond it." Ea, seeing that they were leaving, threw her bow over her shoulder but kept holding the arrow. If the Sheikah tried to make a move, she needed defense.
