    Sephira turned her blazing eyes to Rose. "What exactly do you know about revenge?" she asked, her voice sharp. "Have you ever burned the man who stole your heart? Have you ever beheaded the man who stole your life? Because I have. I have taken my revenge twice, and both times, while it didn't bring either back, left me satisfied. I am content to take my payment from those who steal from me, and I will not let you talk me out of it."
    She then turned to James and allowed her gaze to soften, but her voice remained hard as stone. "Yes James, I am sure. You know my past. You know just how much I desire blood from those who have taken from me." Her gaze flicked down to her pendent on his neck, and she hesitated. Then she shook herself and turned back to Gerrard and waited for his answer.

      "no, I have no desire for reveange" rose said, refusing to back down from sephira "nor have I ever gotten revange and when you think about it, I have pleanty of reasons to want it. this guy kippnapped me for ganondorf. however, I still have no desire for revange, and I'm glad, I'm glad I don't have any desire for it. even when you get your revange it never makes the anger. to this day I have always seen anger and hatred in your eyes, but Ignored it. that was my mistake, I should have spoken up sooner. maybe then you would be filled with happiness and love, instead of anger and hate"

        James nodded firmly at Sephira's answer. He understood why she wanted to do this, and he would stand by her. His gaze drifted to Rose, who was desperately trying to stop Sephira. James knew her efforts were futile, and if she didn't stop them now she would end up hurt or worse. He looked at Axel. "You need to stop Rose. What she is doing will only make matters worse. I would, but I'm in too much inner conflict to be strong enough to do it right now." His voice was grim, but he knew it was the truth. He hoped Axel would listen.

        Elwood looked up when Ea spoke to him. He had been tampering with the slingshot at that moment, coincidentally, so he simply held it up for her to see. "It's done, except I need a vine or a band or something that will work to launch the projectiles. I guess I could use the ammunition, but until I find the part I won't be able to use it." His expression was half sad, half bored.

          Sephira sighed and turned back to Rose. "Maybe I would be," she hissed. "Maybe I'd be soft and weak instead of the stone I've become. Hot stone, I'll admit, but stone nonetheless. The Gerudo are theives. You are probably used to kidnapping, even if you were never the victim before. I, on the other hand, am Stari. We have no room for weakness. That is why my people were killed in the first place, because Strattus thought we were growing too soft." A few sparks were starting to jump from Sephira's hand as the fire inside her responded to her rising temper. "I would rather be an angry stone, than a content leaf. Leaves only last a year, and not even a full year, while stones can last for ages." Then she turned back to Gerrard, resolving to ignore anything else anyone said until Gerrard had answered her.

            "it is not weakness" rose said, sounding totally desperate "and no, I wasn't use to kidnappings" tears were falling down her face, her fist clenching by her side "you called me weak, because I'm kind and loving. but your wrong, I'm far from weak" rose lifted her fist up and actually punched sephira as hard as she could in her face "still think I'm weak. believe what you wanna believe I'm out of here" she turned to run away, tears in her eyes.

              Sephira flinched at the punch, but more from the surprise. She was so hot right now, she didn't doubt that Rose and burned her fist. "I don't think you are weak," she whispered at the Gerudo. "I think I am. If I can get so worked up at a traitor, I'm losing the stone coat that I've grown." Her eyes flitted towards the phoenix pendent, then she shook herself. She'd deal with Rose later. She had more pressing concerns.

                Gerrard thought about this proposal for a little bit, it did not take him long to come to a conclusion. "I agree," he said, "I will agree to this. As for the judge I think I will pick James, I judge him to be fair on this occasion." With this he took a deep breath and got ready for the pain he was sure he was going to experience.

                  James tensed when Rose hit Sephira. He would've made sure she payed for it, but he realized the burn she got from Sephira was probably payment enough. Even if it had been otherwise, he knew Rose couldn't be thinking clearly. As she began to walk away, James spoke to her. "If you're truly not weak, then prove it. You run away, Rose, you always run away. You tried running away from life when Elliot died. And now you want to run away again over an argument. If you're not weak, then be strong and stop running away," he said. With that he turned his eyes back to Sephira and Gerrard and didn't look back. It surprised him that Gerrard chose him. He raised an eyebrow when the guy said "I judge him to be fair on this occasion." For a moment his mind danced around the pain Gerrard had caused him. Shaking off the thought, he smiled at the inside joke. He said to them, "I'll do it."

                    rose paused when James spoke to her, she had run away a lot in her life. she had run away from the gerudo, she had run away from Elliot, she wanted to end it all when he had died, and now she was running away from her friends. "no more" she spoke the words softly, so no one could hear "I can't just run away when things start to get tough, I can't run away because I'm scared. even if I feel it is for the right reasons" rose looked up at the sky, tears falling down her face "would he still be alive If I hadn't have run away that time, maybe then I wouldn't feel so lost right now" and, for the first time, she let her true grief show. she broke down, sitting on her knees, her hands were firmly pressed against her face as if she could stop the river flow of tears that came from her face. we always take what we love most for granted she thought Elliot had been the one who had helped me most, he had been my salvation and I tossed him aside. it is because of that karma took him away from me for good.

                      Sephira glanced at James as Gerrard named him the judge. She smiled as the boy agreed, then turned to Gerrard. She cracked her knuckles, then threw a right cross at Gerrard's side. She forced herself to cool off so that it was her normal temperature that hit Gerrard. She threw a left hook, followed by an uppercut. Warmed up now, she allowed her body to warm as she procceeded to attack Gerrard. She completely ignored Rose's tears, or Midnight's warning growl. Star stood and opened her mouth to remind Sephira that Gerrard was allowed to accept pain-numbing medicines, but stopped. She sat down and waited, knowing Sephira would just turn on her if she did speak. It was difficult, though. Sephira was so hot now that her punches were raising second-degree burns, and a few times the cheetah winced as she heard bones cracking. She would be patient until Sephira had cooled off, then remind her that it was her responsibility to treat Gerrard. She glanced at James, ready to assist if he called the Stari off.

                        Ea saw a strange thing happening. While Sephira seemed to be using this guy as a punching bag, there was a girl hunched over in tears, who was presumably Sephira's friend. She shook her head. "Sephira... why are you beating the crap out of this guy, who certainly looks innocent, while a girl who I presume has some sort of positive relationship with you is over there in tears?" She instantly regretted challenging Sephira at a time like this.
                        So I'm back, or at least I will be eventually. Trying to reintegrate myself.
                        My 3DS Friend Code is 3437-3052-8998. I'm usually playing the MH4U demo or MH4U(When it comes out), but I'd also be down for 3DS Smash Bros.

                          axel walked up besides Ea "I agree with her" he said, placing a hand gently on her shoulder "reveange may bring you happiness in the short term, but love will bring you happiness in the long term. rose has obviously lost someone dear to her, she won't be able to deal with it all on her own. if you are really her friend you will give up this pity reveange and help her" Axel turned and walked over to rose, kneeling down next to her and rubbing her back softly, trying to comfort her.

                            Sephira heard Ea and Axel tell her off, but she ignored them. She was already upset enough by Rose's hurt. She understood, oh goddesses, did she understand. But she needed to let it out somehow, and Gerrard had presented himself as a good outlet. And he had done it willingly. All she had done was ask, she had not forced him. Now she could let out all the stress, all the hurt, all the anger, of the past few days. And out she did. She punched and slapped, sometimes even opening her hand and hitting with stiff fingers. She targeted sensitive spots, knowing they would hurt, but she was careful to make sure the harder attacks, the ones that could be fatal if allowed to hit, only grazed his body. Sephira blinked, the heat of her own body finally forcing her to, and a tear leaked from her eye. Another quickly followed out the other. They evaporated before anyone but possibly Gerrard could see them, but Sephira made sure to tighten the emotional mask keeping how upset she was from really showing.

                              Gerrard winced as Sephira let out all her pain and frustration on him. He could tell how angry she was, and he could definitely tell he was going to be hurting for a while after this. He tried to stop himself from looking at James, but for a split second he caught his eye as one of his burns started oozing.

                                James watched in awe as Sephira exploded on Gerrard. It was obvious that the hate and frustration in her blows weren't only directed at Gerrard, but more like it was her letting everything out. He let it go for a while, but he began sensing it was going too far. It had not been long before blood had begun escaping from the guy's wounds and he knew much longer and Sephira might kill him. As Gerrard caught his eye his feelings solidified and he stepped up. "Sephira, that's enough," he announced firmly. For now he only said it, making sure she heard him. But he knew if she didn't stop he'd have to intervene physically. He hoped it wouldn't come to that.
