    At the Gates

    (Coming from Hyrule Field: Plains of Hyrule)

    Kainis ran up to the gates. He looked around, and seeing the walls, smiled. He tightened the strap that held the bladeshot to his forearm. He backed up, then shot the blade into the wall. It stuck tight and he ran and jumped, at the same time retracting the blade. He drew his legs up as he went over the fence then jerked the bladeshot out of the wall when he was about a meter away. He pushed off of the wall and rolled, landing on the other side of the gate. He smiled and put the bladeshot away.
    So I'm back, or at least I will be eventually. Trying to reintegrate myself.

    Amaterasu shrugged and climbed the ladder on the side, hopping down from it when she got past the two fences. "I don't have a need to be unnesisarly epic," she taunted. "Maybe on the way back." Ditching her gear on the shore, Amaterasu dove into the water with a few bottles tied together by a vine, careful to stay away from the enterance to Zora's Domain.

      Kainis turned back. "There's a ladder?" He shrugged. He had the bladeshots, may as well use them. He ran over to the lake, tightened his hood, and took out a blade shot. He crouched low and snuck along, scanning the grass for any movement.
      So I'm back, or at least I will be eventually. Trying to reintegrate myself.

        Amaterasu swam quickly and swiftly, cathing two fish before she bumped into another Zora. Flashbacks of being teased haunted her, and she quickly tried to swim away. The Zora grabbed her ankle just as she thought she was away and pulled her back. "Ammy?" he gasped.
        Amaterasu gasped when she saw his face; Amabo was one of the meanest Zora. Growling, she yanked her foot away from him. "What do you want?" she growled, trying to keep down the taunting memories.
        "What are you even doing at Lake Hylia? What's up with the fish in bottles? Feeding Jabu-Jabu?" Amabo demanded.
        "If you must know, I'm fishing so my clan can eat," Amaterasu growled, flipping backwards and kicking Amabo in the face as she swam off. Always the faster swimmer, he quickly caught up to her and stopped her in her tracks. "What!"
        Amabo took a deep breath, about to let off a rant that would sound worse underwater, but Amaterasu was tired of him. Giving him a swift kick where it counted, she flipped and headed towards land, hopping out and rolling onto the land, instantly covered in grass and dirt.

          Kainis turned, slightly surprised at Ammy leaping out of the water. He turned back just to see a fair sized rabbit hop away. He silently cursed under his breath, then turned to Ammy, trying to not sound hostile. "What was that about?"

            Amaterasu shook her head, straigtening her thoughts and clearig her head of the memories. "Nothing important," she said quietly. "I filled the bottles with Hylian Bass, but nothing beats a Gerudo Flounder." she said, trying to change the subject.
            "I probably broke his nose..." she thought to herself.

              Kainis shrugged. "Yeah, that's nice. Now, if you want to go back in and perhaps avoid whatever was over there," He gestured to where Ammy had been, "I saw a big rabbit, and I may still have a chance at killing it." He tightened his cloak and slowly snuck up on where he had seen the rabbit go.

                Amaterasu rolled her eyes. "You don't even understand what was in there," she muttered, standing up and brushing the mud and grass off her as best she could.
                Amabo hopped out of the water, rolling once and hopping on his feet. "Ammy, Ammy," he said, his voice nasaly from the kick in the face. "What are you doing with that Hylian? What is he, your boyfriend or something?"
                "If you must know, he's my bro," she replied. "And unless you'd like more broken bones to match your nose, I suggest you leave, now." she drew her bow and knocked an arrow.
                "What are you going to do with that? Make it bounce off my arm?" Amabo taunted. Amaterasu closed one eye and aimed for the sky. Letting the arrow fly, she hit a Guay and sent it plopping into the water.

                  Kainis heard a conversation coming from the shoreline. He turned, seeing what looked like a fight starting.

                  Wouldn't be good if someone got hurt... that'd be a bad first impression.

                  He put up his hood, and crouched, stalking towards the other Zora. He tried to gesture to Ammy to see if he should interfere.

                    Amaterasu made the slightest shake of her head, watching Amabo stare at the spot the Guay hit the water. "Good shot," he said, his voice quavering a little. "But my cousin has a knife." he added, sounding a little more fearless.
                    Amaterasu smirked and unsheathed her own Iron Sword. "I've got a snake too,"
                    Amabo stared at the blade; it had never been used, and would slice a hair if it was dropped on it. "Um..." he started.
                    Amaterasu swung the blade up and then sliced it back down into the earth, easily sliding the blade an inch into the hard soil.

                      Kainis looked grim. He thought to himself quietly.

                      I could go for some fish. Plus it's hot out here. Perhaps a swim would do me some good. He took off his cloak and his equipment, but kept one bladeshot. He jumped into the water.

                      As he swam, he saw a Zora move beside him. He turned over to look. Suddenly, something grabbed his foot, and he tried kicking at it, but he couldn't feel anything. He struggled to stay on the surface, but he was dragged down. He started jabbing his bladeshot, but still nothing. He tried shooting it, but it jammed in the water. He struggled again, but all he did was splash the water. He took one last gasp of breath before he was pulled under.
                      So I'm back, or at least I will be eventually. Trying to reintegrate myself.

                        Amaterasu gasped when she saw Kainis being dragged under and dove into the water with just her sword. She saw (Whomever the zora before was) dragging Kainis down and growled under her breath. Swimming back a little ways, she swam forward as fast as she could, knocking Kainis from the Zora's tight grasp and shoving Kainis up towards the surface.

                          Kainis felt something, probably Ammy, push him back up towards the surface. He gasped for breath then, feeling stupid and clumsy, swam back to the shore and re-donned his cloak and other bladeshot

                          That was a stupid idea... ugh, never go swimming in Lake Hylia.

                            Amabo watched Kainis go to the surface and glared at Amaterasu. "You're an idiot, you know that Amabo?" she asked, kicking him in the face again.
                            "Watch it Failure," Amabo said, rubbing his nose. "I know how to find you."
                            "And you also know I have a sword and a quiver," Amaterasu said, showing him the sword she'd managed to grab before diving into the water. She headed towards the surface and swam back towards shore. "You okay Kainis?" she asked.

                              Kainis shook his head to shake out some water, then stopped as he realized the freakish resemblance to a dog. He turned to Ammy. "Yeah, I'm alright. I'll be coughing for a good while," He stopped to cough up some water, "But I'll live. Also, who was the idiot?"
