"Who said anything about exiled?" Endin said, holding up his palms in a 'calm down' gesture. He turned to the Gerudo holding the bow and smiled slightly. "There's no need to shoot. I'm here to help you." He looked to the king. "You're too busy jumping to conclusions, but you won't learn; seeing as you're right. I wasn't exiled for committing any crime." He took a step forward. "I was banished to keep my father in line."

Kali was chewing her finger nail this whole time, watching this new guy. He seemed nice enough to her. Hesitantly, she shifted her eyes and hair to match his, and paled her skin a little from the Gerudo color it had been in before. "I like your eyes. They're pretty," she said, fingering her little dagger hilt. The wolf howls his mournful song,
My heart beats as I listen to him.
It rises and falls as he speaks to the moon,
A chilling howl that fills me with joy.
The future isn't set in stone. Even if it was, stones can been broken.

Eos saw the girl shift her appearance and was surprised, but for now, she blew it off and turned back to the newcomer. "What do you mean, 'keep your father in line'?" she asked, skepticism evident in her voice. She moved closer to Shak and slightly in front of him so she was in a better position to defend the prince from him.

Seeing the groups eyes locked onto Endin's, and seeing the sparks of battle beginning to flare between them, Lillian knew it was her time to step in.
"Let's not be so hasty." Lillian said. "Considering how fast he threw that dagger, he could've easily dispatched of our new King and his bodyguards by now. He has showed you that he means no harm, and he has not made any movement towards his primary weapon, which you know is in his boot. It is clear that the people who killed your father want to start a war in this country. I understand you suspicions my Lord, but don't you think we should take all the help we can get in preventing that from happening?" Lillian asked. The group began to lower their weapons, and Endin his hands. The tension was easing.

Shak listened to Lillian, then sighed. "She's right, We will need all the help we can get." Shak said, looking to the ground. He turned back to Eldin, and whispered "But, I still have my eye on you." Shak turned away from Eldin, and in the general center of the group. He brushed his gloves, wiping all the dust from he canyon off. He put his arms to his side, and looked to the majority of the group. "We will need all the help we can get." Shak repeated. "With my father dead, people WILL try, and take the throne, please be on your toes, and keep an eye out." Shak said to the group, then giving a glare to Eldin.Last edited by Master Sword; 09-26-2011, 07:37 PM.

He raised an eyebrow at the shapeshifting. That wasn't something you saw everyday. Endin gave an slightly embarrassed smile at the compliment. "They're nothing, really." He half-muttered. "Yours are great though. Doesn't matter how you change them." He said a little more confidently.
Endin nodded wordlessly to the king. 'You're learning. Take what you can use.' "Don't worry." He said. Though the effect wasn't noticeable unless you were watching it, the rim of his right iris shimmered slightly and turned the faintest bit red. "I've always got an eye out." A somewhat cocky smile lit his face.
"So, where to?"

Kali smiled happily. "But you haven't seen my real face yet. And I like it that way." She grinned at him, then let her eyes fade to thier normal mismatched blue and green. It was only for a moment, then she put back the blue-grey Eldin had. "I didn't introduce myself to anybody either, did I. Silly me, forgetting my manners." She hopped over to Miss Jess. "Why didn't you scold me? You should have," she said cheekily., before turning back to the others. "I'm Kali Forestsong of the Stari."The wolf howls his mournful song,

Eos smiled at Kali. "And I am Eos, commander of the Gerudo archer forces. It is indeed a pleasure to meet you," she said kindly. "That is a very interesting talent you have there," she added as she remounted Valkarie. Eos kept her bow in hand, knowing that Shak's words were true. I don't know what I'd do if I lost Shak... she thought grimmly before pushing those thoughts from her mind. Nothing would happen to him. She'd personally make sure of that.

Shak turned to Kali, as she interduced herself. After Eos interduced herself to Kali, Shak took a step forward, and said "I'm Shak. The pri--" Shak stopped himself. "I'm the King of Logata." Shak told Kali. He turned to Eldin, and awnsered "I suppose we should get back to the castle, and tell everyone of... The death." Shak turned away from Eldin, and mounted the horse he had been riding for a while now. He patted its neck, and grabbed hold of the reins. and waited patiently for everyone to get ready to leave the setting of the King's death.

Endin's gave a low whistle and a grey horse trotted next to him. He swung easily into the saddle and patted it's side with a faint smile. "Stay close to him, Eldrich." He whispered to the horse and it moved to the right of and slightly behind the king.
