Quickly thinking, Shak scurried to onw of the many stain glassed windows in the room. After peering through, he met the window with his blade. He crawled throught he tight space, and surveyed his surroundings. He was in the courtyard of the castle. He creeped up to a corner, and peeked around it. He caught a short glimse of a man wearing heavy armour, and quickly came back around. he held his positon, thinking of a way to save his castle, without each and every soldier dieing.

Rhykim stood still on his on the wall, watching the battle. This is all going as planned, he thought, a smirk on his face under his helmet. I'll wait til we secure the Central Courtyard. Then I'll lead the forces in. He watched his flanking archers close in, and his main force charge towards the wall. "Someone lower the gate! Double time!" He kept a close eye on Shak to ensure his safety for the battle, "Anyone who harms the King will deal with me, personally!" He shouted.

Ranger held the bow steady for a second before releasing the arrow. It flew at its target and hit it directly in the neck. He whirled and held the arrow that had struck him with a look of excruciating pain on his face, but the arrow had done its job and didn't allow the man to yell. Soon enough, a second arrow pierced the man's chest and he fell, dead before he hit the floor. Ranger smiled with pleasure, he was doing what he loved. "Sir!" someone hissed in his ear. He turned to see who had talked. "Sir, they have a watch bird, we believe it has seen us!" Ranger shot a look in the direction the man had pointed to see an eagle flying back to the castle. "Well, what are you waiting for, shoot it down!" ordered Ranger angrily. The soldier nodded and soon enough an arrow was flying towards the bird. Unfortunately, the eagle managed to squeal once before plummeting to the ground and that had been enough to alert the remaining archers to the presence of the people invading them. Ranger cursed under his breath at the stupidity of some people and hurried to shoot more arrows at the guards, now also having to be careful not to get hit by an enemy arrow.

Rhykim, who's dream was being orchestrated before his eyes, was gleeful inside. 'It's time to make my move,' he thought to himself. He hopped over the rise in the wall and landed on the ground from a 10 foot drop. He slowly walked his way inside the Castle. He felt no need to rush, and any soldier who tried to attack him, Rhykim just slashed them away.

Nyx cursed under her breath when she heard the eagle's scream. "Our cover's blown, tell them not to worry about stealth anymore. Tell them to kill them all... We have to get into the castle, and we can't do that with archers on the wall," she said sternly to her closest bodyguard. He nodded and obediently ran over towards Ranger to relay the message.

Luna looked up at Nyx. Nothing can ever go as planned, can it?

Nyx smiled a little. "Doesn't look like it. It's okay though, once we get the archers taken care of and we get in, everything will be easy from there. We have some amazing close-combat fighters with us."

Eos heard the eagle's cry and rushed to the wall. she saw Stari archers down below. She readied an arrow. "All archers: remember what I taught you! Looks like you're going to need it tonight! Ready! Aim! Fire!"

At Eos's command, the archers let loose their arrows, which went soaring down towards Rhykim's forces.

Ranger nodded as one of Nyx's bodyguards finished telling him what she had said, then turned back to the wall. A volley of arrows rained down on them and most were dodged, but a few hit their targets and some Stari fell. Ranger growled and notched two arrows at the same time, shooting them and hitting a couple of archers. "Keep moving! Stealth is no longer an option, shoot them all down! We need to get in there," he shouted to the people fighting, before shooting more arrows. He took a second to look back and make sure that Nyx was OK before attacking again, just when an arrow brushed his arm, cutting him not too deeply.
"You shouldn't get distracted now," said Dara. Ranger shook his head and shot an arrow in the direction the other one had come from. "Don't worry about her, she'll be fine," the cheetah added. He said nothing and kept shooting.

Nyx watched as some of her men fell. A brief moment of dread went through her as she thought that Ranger could have been among the fallen, but that was disspelled when she heard him yell out the new orders. She watched the Stari archers send a volley back at the Logata wall.

Eos was disappointed when only a few of the invaders' men fell. If only I could have met Shak and started training them sooner... This wouldn't be happening right now... Her thoughts were stopped as a return cloud of arrows came hurtling towards her men. Jumpong quickly to the side, she narrowly avoided being hit. Abouy 5 of the men right beside her didn't get so lucky. "Quick! fill in the gap!" Eos yelled to some farther down the line. She knew many more had been injured or killed than just the few beside her. This didn't look like it would be going her way.

Ranger heard someone yelling, and turned to see a girl shouting orders and some archers running to the place in the wall where they had just shot down some others. He realized this could be a good time to make their move. "Archers, aim at the gap! Don't let it be filled! Ready...and, fire!" Another volley flew up to the wall, most of the arrows impacting archers who were unaware that they had been targeted. Pleased with the work of the archers, Ranger turned to look at Nyx and hoped that she understood now was her turn.

Alwin had seen Rhykim's forces move in... he knew what this battle was now.
He began to guard the castle gate from the protectors of the king.
Dean stared at him blankly, "You don't wanna fight?" he asked.
                    "Not unless you want inside."

Nyx saw Ranger look at her. She raised her hand high in the air and brought it down quickly, yelling, "Go! Now's our time!" loud enough for all the soldiers to hear. The whole group, Nyx included, ran as a unit. When they reached the wall, they threw grappling hooks and scaled the wall quickly.

Eos looked down in horror, seeing the enemies climbing up the wall. She couldn't fight in close combat, and she knew many of her men couldn't either. Thinking quickly, she took a dagger off of the dead soldier next to her and began cutting the grappling hooks' ropes. She sent a couple men toppling down below, but it was too little, too late. Most of the men made it on top of the wall. Not knowing what else to do, she started firing arrows at the men, backing up constantly to try and keep her distance.

ALwin watched, horrified, as the soldiers climbed the walls. He had no long range weapons... he was helpeless.

Ranger smiled as the soldiers began to climb, and then noticed one girl on top of the wall trying to make them fall, but her attempts didn't do much of anything, so she moved back and began shooting at the soldiers. It was mainly the fact that Nyx was among those soldiers that drove Ranger towards the wall and made him start shooting arrows at the girl. He also realized that she had been the one shouting orders at the archers, so he was sure she must be the leader of sorts. He kept shooting arrows up at her, hoping at least one would hit its target.

Eos was so concentrated on firing arrows at the intruders that she didn't see the arrow coming straight for her. She felt a piercing pain in her left arm, followed shortly by a feeling of warm liquid flowing down her arm. Stunned, she looked down and saw an arrow protruding from her arm. Eos began to feel dizzy and things started to go black. Her last thought before she lost consiousness was, It was poisoned...

Nyx saw the Gerudo woman fall as she pulled herself up onto the wall. She smiled wickedly. The woman's chest was still rising and falling, so she knew the Gerudo would survive. Feeling rather merciful, Nyx grabbed her arm at the elbow and stomped on her upper arm, breaking it. She stole the woman's bow because it seemed to be the finest the Gerudo had to offer.

Nyx turned and smiled at the men who had finally reached the top of the wall. "Kill them all. Logata will be ours tonight!" Nyx unsheathed her sword and her men let out fearsome battle cries as they began killing the rest of the Logata archers stationed on the wall.

ALwin saw Ranger trying to hit the people inside the castle... and he knew one of the ones he was shooting at.
He prepared to attack, sneaking around him... and striking

Rhykim was confronted by a Lieutenant of the Logatan Army. He held a smaller broadsword, but still wanted to challenge Rhykim. Rhykim laughed at the man's stupidity. He charged at the Lieutenant and grabbed the man by the throat. He crushed it so hard, his whole head went limp.
