Endin looked down, suddently ashamed. "I'm not going to hurt you! Just get away from the battle, I don't want anyone to get killed." He broke the locks on the other cages. A knife floated out of a pocket on his cloak and hovered in front of her as the ones he had thrown flew back into their scabards. "Take this to defend yourself. YOu can use a knife, right?"

Destinie nodded, then fell to the ground at his feet, sobbing. "Thank you, sir.... I'm in your debt......" She looked up at him. "Please let me come with you, sir.... I have no where else to go....."

Endin shook his head. "I can't take you with me into the middle of a battle, and I'm going to need to do some bad things. I'm sorry, but I can't help you. Go hide until it's over." He turned and walked back towards the castle.

Aromon fought in the castle picking off all those who got throught the halls. With no instuctions he killed the soldiers from the armies of Rhykim. "Wow!" A soldier slashed at his chest. Aromon ended his life in a single swing. "Your gona have to do better than that!"

Destinie grabbed his hand, desperate. "Please! I'm begging you.... I... I have no where to go..... Please, at least until I can find a new home, please let me work for you.... I don't care if it'll put me in danger, anything's better than those slavers..."

Endin pulled his hand free. "Listen, if you need a place to stay, go to my brother's estate in Silvervale." He got out a map and pulled the clasp off his cloak, giving it to her. "You take that to my brother, he'll let you stay till you find your own place or a way home, whatever." He started walking back to the battle, but looked over his shoulder to mutter "Good luck", then ran back to the battle.

Destinie bit her lip, unsure what to do. She attatched the pin to her shirt, then quietly followed him, careful not to be seen. She couldn't leave his side, not until she had repaid her debt to him. She owed him her life. That was a debt she couldn't just leave unpaid.

Endin walked into the castle's courtyard and saw a group fighting Shak's soldiers. In the midst of the chaos, leopards were goring the castle's soldiers. "The stari," He breathed. "They're real."
Plunging himself into the fray, the exile found himself fighting next to a stari.
"Do you know where General Amaya is?"

Destinie gasped as she was swept up into the fight, unsure what to do. She barely managed to avoid getting impaled several times, but eventually managed to break free. She ran and hid out of the way.

The stari wordlessly pointed to Amaya. The woman was whipping one guard with her water, causing him to scream with pain as she landed it between gaps in his armour. She grinned viciously, then grew bored and wrapped her water whip around the man's neck. With a yank, she broke his neck, then pulled her water back into its bottle. She whirled on a soldier trying to sneak up on her and plunged the blade of her dagger through his neck. The Stari yanked the blade back out and grinned as fountains of blood poured out of the man's wound. She licked her blade, then turned to find another victim.

Endin nodded, disgusted and a little impressed by her fighting. He threw aside a soldier between them and walked to the General.
"Endin Alceaus, field commander, sent here by Rhykim to assist you. How can I help?"
Two knives jumped out of their scabbards and flew into the chest of a soldier as he was talking. With a flick of his hand, Endin drew them back and they hovered around his hands.

Destinie watched him from her hiding place, awed. She memorized the way the men he'd slain's armor looked so she would know who he was fighting against, then gripped the knife he'd given her tightly in one hand. She quietly slipped back into the fray and jumped on the back of one of his enemies, stabbing the man wherever she could, tears streaming down her face.

Shak ordered one of his soldiers to help Eos back into the Castle's infirmary. He then ordered his men to retreat. Rhykim smiled at the turn of events. He ordered his men to pursue them in formation. He threw a different colored energy ball into the air to signal Nyx's forces to cease fire. He was yelling to his troops that Shak was for him and to leave the wounded of both sides.

Amaya almost killed the man who popped up next to her. After all, he was dressed as a knight of the king. But he said Rhykim had sent him. She would have to assume he was either a spy planted by Master Rhykim or he had turned traitor. Personally, Amaya didn't like traitors. If he could betray something once, he could betray again. She wouldn't say anything, since Rhykim sent him, but she would never trust him.
Another man fell to her blade before she turned to answer Endin. "All I require, Commander Alceus, is for you to stay out of my way. I do not have the patience to watch my blows."

Chandra shoved her way through the Stari blocking her path to her sister. She saw Shak order others to take Eos away. The Gerudo continued to fight to her sister's side.

Shak retreated to the throne room and backed up behind the last defense between him and his confrontation with Rhykim. Shak ordered the doors shut and barred behind him. Rhykim's army stopped in front of the door and waited for Rhykim.
"Imperator, the Logata King has barricaded himself inside. What are your orders, Sir?" a soldier said.
"Go and find the rest of his army. Send some men to occupy the infirmary, no one goes in or out without checking in. Anyone else you find, capture them. I want to talk to them when I'm done in here," Rhykim said. His size was about half the size of the large wooden doors. He chuckled to himself. He slashed his sword a few times at the door and kicked in the damaged area. He stepped through the door and looked around. Most of his elite guards are standing around, ready to fight, confidence spewing from them. Rhykim fazed behind one of them and charged at them taking a few down. Shak stood back and watched his people die.
