Summary: Rhykim and his group teleported back to the island. Rhykim ordered a new helm to be constructed, then retired to his throne room. Amaya, after giving Grave and Alwin run of the island, followed her sister to her room. There, the two voiced thier complaints to each other about thier treatment on the main land. They made a plan to take a break from Rhykim for awhile, and went to ask permission to leave. Rhykim apologized to them, and after appeasing them, requested thier help in his mission to conquer Logata. He told Nyx to go to the Stari, Kokiri, and Deku and gain thier help, then attack Logata City. He sent Amaya to the Canyon, to route out any resistance there, then proceed through Silvervale to attack Logata City. He himself was going to attack Falconmill, then proceed to Logata City. The twins agreed to his plan, and are making preparations to leave.

Rhykim after the battle plan and briefing, returned to the Master Smith.

"How does the helm look?" he asked the Master Smith.

"I don't know, you tell me, my Leige," and he presented the modified helm. As requested, there was now a faceplate/visor that folded in front of his face, to protect it, and disguise his identity. Rhykim tried it on. Since the helm still maintained its original size, it fit snuggly, the faceplate having small slits to see through.
"It's great, Master Smith. I appreciate it," and Rhykim handed the smith 400 rupees.

With that, Rhykim retired to his room. He stripped himself of all of his armor and changed into some ragged Royal Family nightwear. He went an pulled out his journal, and started to write:

    And so it begins....

The plan is set for the war on Logata. We will strike fast, and we will strike hard. No one will know what will hit them until it's too late. The primary objective is simple: Coup d'état. We will strike at Logata, "chopping off her head", per say. The attack will be a three-pronged simulataneous assault on the island itself, then we will eventually converge before attacking Logata City. By 10-days' time, I will be sitting in Logata Castle's Throne, the Prince bleeding to death at my feet. However, with the recent sequence of events I've set in motion for him, many will question whether he is fit to lead the island. And that disposition will help minimize the bloodshed. I don't want to kill my fellow Logatans, but I know they will resist. Therefore death is necessary. Nyx will leave first, then myself, and behind me, Amaya.

Nyx's mission is simple, diplomacy. It was never her strongest suit, but being a strategist, I have faith she will make my aim true. As for Amaya, she's bloodthirsty. I've tasked her to burn and pillage. She will insert herself into the canyon, kill any supporters. Move south to Silvervale, again, burn and pillage, and kill any supporters of Logata. As for myself, I will siege Falconmill and capture it. We will then converge forces, and hit Logata City in one swift blow.

Sleep will be hard, but I need it. The seaside trip will not be relaxing. Preparing for battle never is, let alone against your neighbors. Do I have secret traitorous thoughts about calling this off? No. I'm going to prove my point.
And with that, Rhykim closed the journal and laid back, attempting to fall asleep.

Amaya and Nyx headed back to the latter's room. There, Amaya embraced her twin. "Take care, sister. I don't want to see you hurt, especially when you go to the Dekus." Amaya let go, then put her fist over her heart and bowed. "May thunder always come after you, and lightning always obey you." It was Amaya's personalized greeting/farewell/blessing for her twin, which she had fashioned when they discovered her talent.

Rhykim laid there, thinking about how his 'chess game' will play out. His stomach hurt at killing his neighbors, his old friends, and heaven forbid, his family. He turned and looked at the wall. Although he couldn't see it, he could clearly make out every detail like there was light shining upon it.

          Alwin was lonely.
He had never felt this way before, mostly because he had Grave with him. She may not have been much of a talker all the time, but Grave was like a sister to him... he had to find her.
He began to explore the island.

Nyx saw that Rhykim was troubled. "Would you like my assisstance to discuss strategy, Master? You know this is my forte," she said with just the slightest hint of a smile. Rhykim had always turned to Nyx when he needed strategic advice in the past, and to Amaya on matters of training of his soldiers and interrogations of potential informants. Also, Nyx wanted to feel needed, especially since the raid at the castle, where she felt her skills were of almost no use to Rhykim.

Rhykim rolled over to face the open door where Nyx was standing. He smiled politely at her, "Come in, sit down." He got up and sat on his bed. "Can you keep a secret?" He inquired. "I really don't want to hurt the people. Especially when I hit the mainland. I grew up in Falconmill. I'm bound to fight someone I know. My agenda is against the Royal Family, not Logata citizens. But I know that they will resist. I'm just not comfortable killing them in cold blood."

"Neither am I, to be honest. Don't tell Amaya that though..." Nyx trailed off momentarily, knowing if her twin found out, she'd never hear the end of it. Amaya would view her as weak. She also made a mental note to keep Rhykim's secret from everyone, especially Amaya. The last thing her leader needs is to have his second-in-command viewing him as weak. "Sounds like you're looking more for an assassination than a war then, my Lord. Think about it: get in, nobody will see you if you do it right, get your guy, and either kill him there or take him and do what you please with him. If it's thought out carefully, which I can help you with of course, then no innocent should be harmed." Assassinations were Nyx's thing, and she couldn't help but grow excited at the thought of such a major assassination. She loved a good challenge.

"No. War is necessary. As much as I don't like to have it this way, a point must be made. And this is my only way." Rhykim now determined to make his point.

"Then if you wish to not harm innocents, the first strike would have to be made at a military base of some sort, where there are very few civilians present who could get themselves killed," Nyx said, trying to come up with the best plan of attack. "With your past though, you're bound to run into someone you know, like you said. Do you know of a base that your old friends would not be present at?"

"The only area that is 'military occupied' and would have the least chance of encountering someone innocent I know would be the Gerudos and the Gorons. I know neither, and it wouldn't bother me. But they aren't much of a threat. I will continue with the attack. Sacrifice is necessary. Plus with the new addition to the helmet, no one should recognize me."

"I understand and I will be by your side, as always, my Lord." She stepped closer and added softly, "I will also always be here if you need to talk about personal matters as well. If you do have to make a sacrifice, you shouldn't have to keep it bottled up inside. I'm here for you, and I always will be, that I promise."

Rhykim smiled, "Thank you." and he pecked her cheek. "Now get outta here before Amaya thinks we're up to something."

Grave saw alwin walking around all by himself, she grinned and ran around behind. That is where she jumped on his back, blocking his eyes "hello alwin" she said sweetly. Grave kissed him lightly on his cheek "isn't this place so nice" grave giggled.

Alwin smiled and removed Grave's hand from his eyes, "Yes it is, Grave. Actually, I was wondering where you were. This island is so big that you cou'dv'e gotten lost and I would've been sisterless," he carried her around for a little bit, haooy that he'd found her.
