Daniel nodded in agreement with Maxwell. "It does sound counterproductive. While you'd be able to stop the curse, if you died so would the royal blood of your family. I mean, I'm not saying you should or shouldn't. But keep that in mind." He was aware the guy was devastated, but he didn't think there was any way he could help. But he'd go along with his adventure, if he could.

Sephira gave him a look. "And not remembering you've been alive for centuries is a positive?" she asked. "Days and weeks blending together until you don't realize that ages have passed? Living an eternity isn't a positive if you're on your own."

Briana stared at the pair, wondering at the weird noises they were making. Apparently the wolf could understand them, so were they speaking an animal language? But did animals have language? She made a note in her book to ask later.

"I understand the possibilities. I wanted to come here anyway to try to find some Information on the curse. maybe find a loophole to allow me to live a normal Life. If there is none, ill gladly accept death. I'm tired. I've been Alone for Farore knows how long. I have nothing left to loose so if i die with the curse... he looked at the group. slight anger in his eyes, but something else as well. Possibly sadness, even Emptiness. then began to walk toward the shaft. "now then. I'm going to go deeper into the complex and try to find the Library so if you're coming, Come on." he jumped down Silently followed a few minuets later by a hook-shot sound, then a door opening and closing at the bottom.

Maxwell raised an eyebrow. "Library? Down that hole? Doubt it."

Shade went over to the hole and sniffed it, trying to get the scent from whatever was down there. "That's certainly a scent I've never caught before."

          "The scent of books?"

"I do not know what a 'book' is."

"It does smell like old books to me. Although, it seems like it's very damp and moist down there." Daniel had gotten closer to the opening, his nose able to detect the smell which didn't seem all that pleasant. He was surprised about Seric's attitude, however. In his opinion, Seric did have something to live for. His kingdom was still there, he just had to take it back. However, he wouldn't mention that as it might change his decision which would mean he was tampering with the "story". He turned back to the King and Sephira. "So, will you two be joining us in our little adventure?"

Sephira shared Maxwell's doubts about a library, but she was curious. She had been in a library a few times, and her first few months outside the forest had been spent in one. She had learned to read there, and to speak Common Hylian. She was curious what sort of books could be found in a Termina library. Going down into a place like that, though, was very unlikely for a library's location.

Briana glanced at Daniel, feeling they were back as they started before the other two entered, then shrugged. Seric had gone down and come back up with hardly any dust on himself, so she wouldn't have to worry about getting her dress dirty. They had heard a door just a moment ago, so he obviously wasn't going to be down there himself. "Either way, I'm tired of standing around," she said, gathering her skirts up. "I'm going down." She moved onto the ramp and enjoyed the brief thrill of sliding down.

With Briana rushing down, Daniel smiled and sighed happily. "Well, Your Highness, Madame, if you will come with us I guess I will see you down below. If not, then a pleasure it was!" With that he bowed out of the conversation, turned to the chute, and jumped down headfirst, sliding down on his chest and stomach. It had been a while since he'd done something so careless, and so he laughed all the way down.

(Excuse any stupid errors, first time writing from Smythen's mindset and it might be awkward)
Smythen was a little out of his comfort zone that consisted of Clock Town, but he and his band of troubadour's were given an opportunity he could not turn down. He was in Great Bay for a joint performance with the critically acclaimed band The Indigo-Go's. Although The Burning Shoes, as Smythen and his band of friends called themselves, were more known for their poetry and comedic acts than their music, in collaboration with the astounding musical talent of The Indigo-Go's, they were the perfect combination. They performed at the Zora Hall, to the delight of all there, and pulled off the performance perfectly. After the fun, several hour long, performance, he headed to a small party that was being held in one of the back rooms of Zora Hall. along with the majority of the other people. There, Smythen got a little bit intoxicated, a little bit may be an understatement, and with his debaucherous behavior he was soon told to take a little rest outside. Instead of sitting down on a log like a perfectly reasonable person, and waiting for a while, Smythen decided to take a little walk in totally unknown territory.
Smythen got a little far, and was about to turn back, when he saw a group of people, outside of a small enclosure that appeared to have a destroyed entrance Well, it couldn't hurt to saw hello, Smythen thought. He quickly walked up to the group of people, and was about to announce his presence, when his foot found a stray boulder right by the entrance. And he flew, he flew hard, and he flew fast. When he tripped on the rock his full body weight was thrust forward, straight past the surprised faces of the group and into the chute leading down. He slid down and landed to a thud at the bottom, much to the protest of his tired body.

Maxwell was about to say something, but then somebody flew past him and fell into the hole. Maxwell and Shade both showed confusion in their facial expressions when they realized what happened.

                    "Curious."

"Yeah, that's one way of putting it." Maxwell looked at Sephira. "Well, I guess we're going after them."

Maxwell took a few steps back, then ran forward and jumped in the hole. When he arrived at the bottom, he was disappointed.

"I thought that would've been cooler."

And before he could walk away, Shade landed on Maxwell, forcing both of them to the floor.

"Get. Off. Now." Maxwell said with a bit of anger in his voice. Shade quickly got off, and turned around to see if his master was alright.

"My apologies. I wasn't aware you'd be there." Maxwell muttered something under his breath that Shade couldn't hear, but it didn't really matter, seeing as he wouldn't have understood it anyway.

Seric decided that he would enter the door closest to him as he came in. before he turned the knob, however, he heard thumps coming from the other side of the front door. he went back and opened the door to see daniel and brianna standing at the foot of the chute, and a three person Pile on the floor between them. After seeing this pileup, he had proceded to make somwhat audible Palm-to-face contact with himself, meerly sighing in the process.

Sephira was more than a little surprised when someone went down the hole after Daniel and the girl, having apparently tripped. Then Maxwell went down the hole, followed quickly by Shade. She smiled, wondering why exactly he'd want to check out the library, then went down herself. It was a brief ride, ending in a small room where Daniel, Maxwell, Shade, and the other two were, Seric apparently having gone through the door. It was dark too, so she summoned a small flame in her palm, bathing the area in a gentle light. Spiders could be heard around them, their long legs creating a scratching noise as they moved, but she didn't think they were anything to be concerned about.

Briana fidgeted with her skirts a bit at the noise of the spiders. She recognized the sound as Skulltullas, which she was deathly afraid of. She flinched a little as first Daniel, then everyone else came down the hole and jumped as the girl light a fire. She was mildly curious to notice the fire had no fuel, and just sat in her palm without hurting it. She made a note to ask about it, when they were away from the bugs. Seeing the door before them where Seric must have gone, she gestured to it. "Shall we?"

Daniel rolled out of the way just in time before a guy he hadn't seen before came crashing down after him. He frowned, wondering who he was or what he was doing. Picking himself up from the floor, he began dusting off his clothes. "Well, hello there, random person." Just then Maxwell came in, and then Sephira after. When she lit the fire he was surprised, although not too much. He had seen her show small signs of magic when they'd met before. Now he wondered again what he had back then. What if she was one of them? One of the forest race that were lost to time. He would have to ask her later, lest he miss his opportunity a second time. It wasn't very common for the map to lead him to the same people twice.
As he looked around waiting for the guy still on the floor to respond, a very obvious inconvenience loomed before him. The metal gate rose taller than their heads. They could probably climb it, though it would require some effort. He could see Seric return to the room on the other side, and wondered if he had some kind of tool they might be able to borrow to get across.

Seric Pulled out his hookshot, looking at the group. "Hey guys. i forgot about the gate. so im going to let Those who dont have Hookshots use mine. HOWEVER if you Break it... I will NOT hesitate to End you. Its the last thing i have from my Kingdom..." he said tossing it to Daniel. "You know how to use it... Right?" He signaled to a hookshot target above the door and moved to the Side.

Maxwell was about to ask how he was supposed to bring Shade over, then frowned.

"Shade, when it's our turn with the hookshot, I'm going to have to....hold you."

"Hold me? Like a mother holds her pups? That doesn't sound too pleasant to me. Can we skip that part?"

"Well, unless you can hop the fence, it's the only option."

Shade groaned, not looking forward to being held by Maxwell.

Smythen quickly jumped to his feet, and nearly stumbled as his intoxicated self had a hard time regaining balance. There was commotion around him, talks of "hook shots" and greetings thrown his way. He stood up, looked around him and directed his attention towards a man close nearby who seemed to call him a "random stranger." (Daniel)
Ssmythen, at your servicce he slowly sputtered out, he couldn't exactly talk right with his intoxication, and hoped the others wouldn't notice. He then took a second to regain himself, and to try to hide his intoxication. He didn't want to scare away any new friends, and there might even be possibility of an adventure, a change of pace in his life. Although he quite enjoyed performing, he had always had dreams of the mountains, the deep caves, the adventures that so many others had. And he certainly wanted a piece of that.Sorry for stumbling down here, didn't mean to, I'm a little clumsy unfortunately.
                                And you are?
He then stated, extending his hand to the young man.
