Sephira rolled her eyes. He had gotten this far, he was clearly someone who made and went through with plans. Still, it could be difficult to figure out how to become someone else. He'd have to take it one step at a time. "Well, one thing's easy enough to deal with," she said following him to the dining area. "If you don't want to resort to drink, get rid of the temptation. Sell your wine, give it away, whatever." She grinned, summoning a small flame in her palm. "Burning it would be fun too."

Maxwell laughed at Sephira's last comment. "Calm down, pyromaniac." Maxwell said, teasing.

He sat down at the table and began eating breakfast. It took about 10 minutes to eat it, and he felt full and content after eating it. It was a good meal.

"As much as burning would be fun, you need to remember our setting. We are surrounded by flammable things. I'm not going to let you accidentally burn the swamp down, and kill all the Dekus in the process." Maxwell said, again teasing. "I was thinking of having it delivered to the rebels. Make it so they don't need to raid so much. Maybe poison a few of the bottles, thin their numbers. Very dirty tactic, so probably not. It would also sell a lot in the market, but I have more than enough money. But yeah, I guess getting rid of the wine is the most obvious first step."

She snorted, amused at the term pyromaniac. She supposed she could be considered one, since fire came on her will and she had no issues burning things, as long as they weren't alive. Giving the wine to the rebels was a good idea, and would was less of a waste than just burning it. Her heart leapt into her throat as he mentioned poisoning a few bottles, fearful that James might drink one of the poisoned ones. To her relief he seemed to decide against it. "One, I could control my fire well enough to avoid destroying anything except the wine," she informed him, jabbing her loaded fork in his direction. "Two, you'd have to be careful who you send to deliver the wine to the rebels, they won't trust it if they think it's from you. And three, of course it's the most obvious. That's why it's first." She then put the food in her mouth, eyes sparkling as she mimicked his teasing tone.

Maxwell chuckled as he heard Sephira mimic his teasing tone. "I think we'll find a way to give it to the rebels. I don't want you exhausting yourself burning the wine. There's a lot of it." Maxwell said, realizing that he was kind of sad that he had as much wine as he did.

"So, I'm assuming you haven't been anywhere in Termina except.." Maxwell then realized that she hadn't told him which way she came in. "Where did you come in from, exactly? Like, what part of Termina did you enter first?"

She shuddered, remembering the place. "I don't remember if I found out its name, but it was nearly like a plains, only not quite as dry. A river ran through it, and there was a high wall on one side of it. There was a Stalfos too. Bloody creatures." She shivered, wrapping her arms around herself. She hated that thing for making her freeze up so much, but the undead freaked her out. And a walking skeleton, something that could very easily have been a creature whose skin had decayed off in the last few years, was the worst of them. She hated the effect that fear had on her, but she couldn't shake it regardless.
Zarola chose then to waltz in, her tail waving a delicate pattern in the air behind her. She looked at the pair of pink-skins, then parted her jaws in a wide yawn. "So who are you planning on nearly killing you today?"
            "Not funny, Zarola,"
            Sephiar muttered.

Maxwell raised an eyebrow. "That's either Ikana Canyon or Ghost Valley. But if you went through there.....wouldn't you have had to pass by the rebels? Because their camp is pretty close to the border between Ikana and Termina Field..."

Maxwell started to grow suspicious. He had a light suspicion, and common sense would say that he should be highly suspicious, but most of Maxwell didn't want to believe it. He would give Sephira a chance to explain.

Sephira had a hard time keeping the scowl from revealing itself as she answered carefully, "I saw a rabble in the field. I avoided them, though. They stunk enough to offend even my insensitive nose, and it seemed so disorganized. Granted, Clock Town isn't much better, but it seemed so, seeing as it was a city compared to a pile of tents. See what sort of trouble you bring up?" she added to Zarola.
"I'm not a black cat, I'm a panther," she answered, calmly licking a paw and washing her face. "Nor did I cross your path. So I didn't bring anything up."

Maxwell stayed silent, thinking about Sephira's response. Hmm.....my common sense tells me that story seems a little weird, but it does make sense....I'll just leave it for now. I'll keep an eye on you, Sephira.

"Hmph. Alright." Maxwell said, indicating that he believed her. "Well, so, obviously, you've been to Ikana, but you haven't been anywhere else (I would assume) besides Clock Town. I should take you to Snowhead. Despite the name, it is fairly nice this time of year. Good idea?"

Maxwell found it a bit weird asking, but he wasn't just going to drag her somewhere.

"Snowhead?" she repeated. It sounded like Snowpeak in Hyrule and she wondered briefly if the two were joined in some way. The cold of the mountain had never bothered her in Hyrule, since she was always so warm, but she disliked the snow. It had a habit of melting under her if she wasn't careful to keep moving, creating a slick slush that made it easy to trip.
"I wouldn't advise it," Zarola commented, rubbing at her ear with her paw as she attempted to clean it. "Cold, wet, and prey is scarce. Only reason to go there is the Wolfos, and they can be such a bore after a while."
Sephira smirked. "Well then you can just stay here. Sure, sounds like fun. If you don't have anything else that needs your attention?"

Maxwell thought about that last question. He was a king now, so there was probably a fair amount of things he needed to attend.

"Well, I probably do, but this shouldn't take long. Not much to see there anyway. Maxwell stood up. "You might need a jacket though. It is spring, but I'm not sure if the snow is still around or not. Unless....do your fire powers keep you warm?"

Sephira rolled her eyes. "I told you yesterday, didn't I? When I'm angry, I get hot. So if I go somewhere that's cold, all I have to do is stay angry and I'm toasty warm. Easy enough to do, I'm always angry." She smiled brightly at him and stood as well. "So I'm ready whenever you are."

                          Maxwell chuckled. Always angry, huh?
Maxwell thought that was a bit weird, but since Sephira was saying it, it could be true. Or maybe it was just an expression.

                          "Alright, let's go."

"There! That's it!" Jacob said, pointing at the mansion. Drake looked at it. It had two floors, and looked pretty nice for being where it was.

"That is a good looking house. They might not let us in without cleaning us up first."

Jacob laughed at what Drake said. "Silly Drake, they don't do that. I've been in there before, and I was plenty dirty! Plus, we have Princess Malina in, so they'll have to let us in!" Jacob then paused. "Or maybe we shouldn't tell them Malina is a princess."

Drake sighed with relief, happy that he didn't have to explain to Jacob why they shouldn't tell anybody that Malina was a princess. "Yeah, keep it a secret. Nobody can know but us, got it?"

"A secret! Awesome! I'll never tell anyone!"

Malina laughed at the pair. It was nice to be able to laugh again. Allowing Jacob to accompany them was starting to appear a good idea. Especially if they remained in Termina for a while. She looked up the mansion, impressed by its size. She hadn't seen many buildings since leaving Labrynna that really compared to Ambi's Palace, and this one was the only one that could be mistaken for another palace. Yet she knew Termina wasn't ruled by a royal family like Labrynna, and she doubted they'd live so far from the center of the country even if this was the home of a royal family. Living out on their own like this would be dangerous, as they wouldn't be able to receive help from any soldiers if they were attacked, but being out here also protected from whatever had befallen Clock Town. She was curious now as to who owned this place, so with a glance at Drake and Jacob, she stepped to the door and knocked, a loud rap that seemed to vibrate across the wood.

After a few seconds, a butler answered the door. He was an old man, and was about Malina's height.

"Hello there, young people. How may I help you?" The butler asked.

"Yeah, I've been looking for someone. Do you know Edward Lomeli?"

The man's eyes widened in surprise. He clearly knew him.

"Yes, I know him. He was a close friend of my master, Maxwell Kal. He showed up about a decade ago, right after Maxwell's parents had died. We took him in, and they became very good friends. However, he had a disagreement with Maxwell about a year ago, and I haven't seen him since. I only tell you so much as I see a family resemblance between him and you. Are you his brother?"

"Yes. I am Drake Lomeli." Drake said, excited that this man knew his brother. "Can you guess where he would be now?"

The man shook his head. "I'm sorry, but Edward left no indication of where he was going."

Drake's excitement died down when he heard this. It felt like he was so close to finding his brother, and now he was almost back to square one.

"Ok...well, we'll be leaving now. Have a nice day."

"You as well, sir. I do hope you find your brother."

As the trio walked away, Jacob noticed Drake's mood.

"Hey, don't be sad! We might not have found him, but at least we know where he has been! Honestly, I don't think he would've left Termina.

Drake looked at Jacob and smiled. He appreciated the comment, but it didn't really help. But at the same time, he didn't want the kid to feel bad, so the smile would have to do.
