    "Alright, we'll go if it bothers you guys that much," Elliot conceded, taking Midnight's hint and sympathizing with Avalona. Truth be told, he was getting pretty spooked himself, just from witnessing their behavior. "Just let me write a quick note." He headed to the kitchen and took out a scrap piece of parchment from his pack. Then he quickly scrawled a note:

    James-
    Went elsewhere for dinner with a friend. Don't wait up for me or Rose. And don't forget to eat something, too.

    Stay safe!

    Also you might want to stay out of the house for a bit, something seems different about it but I'm not sure what.

    He left the note where he would see it on the counter and placed the bag of rupees that James had given him earlier next to the paper. Then he turned to Avalona and nodded. "Okay, let's get going to your place now."

        Sephira entered the town and was quick to spot Midnight and the others leave. She ducked behind a crate to avoid being seen, then resumed going to the house. She really needed to get out of these clothes. She kept getting glances from other people, admiring her figure in the Gerudo clothes, and while it might feel good at the moment, she did not want to have to break an instant man's fingers/hand/arm.
        She paused outside the door and rapped it. When no one answered, the pushed it open. She glanced around and quickly spotted her pack. She soon changed into her own clothes, then debated what to do next.

          Melody didn't have much time to rejoice on her succesfull scaring away of the man, girl, and wolf, when Sephira walked in. She grunted as she thought of what to do. She definitely looked tougher than the man, so conventional scaring wouldn't work with her. An idea popped into her mind, and she began to glow as she morphed. When she was fully morphed she looked like an old lady with glasses and was holding a book in her hands. She hovered over to a chair and sitting on it, opened the book and became visible. Taking off the glasses she looked at Sephira and asked, "May I help you, dear?"

            Sephira whirled as she heard a voice. She stared at the elderly lady in puzzlement. Surely she would have heard her come in? There was enough rubble and such to warn her, especially for someone too elderly to keep propler control of her limbs. She decided to shrug it off for now and remember her manners. She pasted on a smile that made her feel a lot younger than her 17 years. "No, ma'am, thank you. I'm just wondering where my boyfriend got to with my cheetah." She surprised herself with the term, but decided that it was applicable. If James questioned it, well, that was his problem.

              The old lady sighed with understanding. "Oh, you mean that handsome young lad, with the cheetah with star shaped spots, right? Yes, yes they were here in the house. He was talking with a stunning young lady I think, yes, yes I think so." She bit the tip of her glasses as she tried to remember. "Yes, I'm sure. Melody, I think her name was. Yes, they actually left about an hour ago, I think. Heading to downtown, yes, yes they were." She smiled kindly at Sephira and put her glasses back on, returning to her book.

                Sephira cocked her head. "A stunning young lady? That's good, he's getting some company. Where did they go, please? I want Star back." Inwardly, she was burning with curiosity, but since James had never said anything to her one way or the other, both he and she were still single. Although she would much rather he sent Star back to her if he was going out with someone else.

                  The old lady looked up again and smile. "Oh, dear, don't worry, a young handsome boy like him, he must be used to girls all of the time, I'm sure he won't lose someone like you for a girl like that." She winked then looked out the door thinking. "Mmmm, if I'm not mistaken, but goddesses forgive me I am more often than not, I think he mentioned something about a restaurant? Something about the place he eats at. I don't know, sorry I'm not much help, dear." She continued looking at her, smiling.

                    Zebulon was getting tired of failing. He had been searching for four months, and he had only recently got some helpful hints as to where Sephira was. But even now, he could not find her. One more house, then I'm leaving this village and beating the life out of that homeless loser back in Hyrule Field. Zeb told himself as he walked up to the house where Sephira and Melody were having their conversation. When Zeb reached the door, he took a deep breath and knocked on it.

                      Sephira gave the woman a look. She was about to ask what she meant when someone knocked on the door. Scowling, she turned to answer it. Her jaw dropped when she saw who it was. "Zeb!? What in Nayrue's name are you doing here?"

                          Sephira stared at him. Apologize? Zeb? Was he feeling alright? She leaned against the door frame. "I would hope it wouldn't be for a bounty. But why on Din's great earth would you search for me for four months? Surely I'm not that hard to find, thanks to Star and Midnight." She was glad they weren't with her now. She would not want the fotune-hunter in front of her trying again to catch and sell the two.

                            "For someone who sucks at finding people, it IS hard to find you." Zebulon retorted. Zeb realized what he was doing and took a deep breath. He knew he would get no where if he continued like this. "Look, Sephira, I'm sorry about being stubborn and insulting...well, almost everything about you."(Zeb almost stopped his apology right there when he remembered the look on Sephira's face when he said he had come to apologize)"Oh, and you're probably wondering why I'm being so nice now, huh? Well, about four months and a half ago, I realized how rude I was to everyone and decided to change my attitude. Now, having that said, do you forgive me?"

                              Sephira stared at him. What in the world happened to make him realize what he was doing? She shrugged, it didn't matter. He was apologizing, and he sounded sincere. "Apology accepted." She raised her hand and landed it across his cheek so hard her hand grew numb. "That's payback." She wrung her hand. "Ow."

                                Zeb almost lost his temper when he caught himself. You DID NOT go through those two weeks of fixing your personality for nothing. Zeb told him. "You still hit as hard as I remember." Zeb said as he watched Sephira suffer from the recoil.
