About a few seconds after James replied to Sephira, Zeb and Athair made it to the graveyard. "Hey, old man, do you think we need to go in that open grave?" Zebulon asked rather loudly(hinty hint hint). "Wait, you whippersnapper, I'm receiving a vision!" Athair replied in his native language as he closed his eyes and knelt down.

Sephira noticed James wipe his cheek, and debated asking about it. However, she felt it would be presumpterous, so didn't. She smiled as he asked what she was doing. "Looking for you and Star, although Star made an easier trail. It's often easy to track her, unless she is hunting or hiding."
She shifted faintly as she noticed he was looking into her eyes, but didn't turn away. She didn't want to offend him, but the only ones who looked her in the eye for so long were Star and Midnight. It made her uncomfortable for someone else to do the same.
The corner of her mouth lifted at the compliment. "It is good to see you as well," she said. "I would say you look well also, but you really look as though Star dragged you through a mudhole." She smiled to show she meant no offense.Phillipians 4:13 - I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

James looked away and chuckled a little at her comment. He was about to respond that looking around a graveyard would do that to you when he heard someone speak outside the grave. He became quiet and said in a hushed tone, "Did you hear that?" He didn't know why he was being quiet about it, but he was.Comment

Sephira had, but it had been so faint she had ignored it. Had James not said anything, she would have considered it completely unimportant. She gave herself a mental reprimand, then answered James with a nod. Turning to face the entrance of the grave, she whistled to Star, quickly asking her to look around.
Star's ears flicked as she heard the request, then meowed an affirmation and stood to look around. A hunter to the core, she moved stealthily, making next to no sound as she searched for others in the graveyard.
Presently, she scented Zeb with another man. She tried to hear what they were saying, but it was all jibberish to her. She gave a faint snort, wondering why no human spoke plain beast, then crawled back to the open grave. There, she growled down what she had seen. Sephira nodded and whistled her thanks and a request to standby. Then she turned to James and put her mouth as close to his ear as she could, and whispered, "Star says that there are two men up there. One is an old acquaintance of mine. She doesn't recognize the other."Phillipians 4:13 - I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

When Athair's knees touched the ground, he started seeing places and faces. First he saw Zeb and the graveyard they were in, but from there, he didn't recognize anything. But the last two images were accompanied by words. The face was Zeb's, but he had battle scars. The image was a desert that seemed to go on forever. But the words confused Athair the most.
Through the valley and the desert and into the valley.

When Athair got up, Zeb asked the question that anybody who traveled with a person who had random visions would ask. "Well? What did you see?"Comment

James nodded his understanding and then looked up, wondering what they should do. If one was Sephira's acquaintance then there was no reason to fear he guessed. Something told him that even if he didn't get close to her ear, they wouldn't hear them since it took sound more force to travel up from the hole than down to it, so he simply whispered, "Do you want to come out and see?"Comment

Sephira nodded, then stood up. She gripped the edges of the grave and heaved herself up, careful to stay low to the ground in case anyone was looking their way. She lay on her chest, looking around. Star bumped her shoulder. Sephira smiled and rubbed the cheetah's nose, then sat up and reached a hand into the grave, offering to help James up.Phillipians 4:13 - I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

Athair gave Zeb a sideways glance. "What did I see? I saw a lot of things." Athair told Zeb*. "What EXACTLY did you see?" Zeb asked, hoping Athair would tell him.
"I saw that we need to head to the desert, but we're going to run into some trouble. But I saw a setence that confused me." "What did it say?" Zeb asked. "It said through the valley and the desert and into the valley." Athair replied. "What the heck is that supposed to mean?!?!" Zeb partly yelled.
*Remember that Athair and Zeb are talking in Athair's language, so nobody can really understand them.Comment

James stood how he could began raising himself out, gently grabbing Sephira's hand so as to not seem rude, but mostly pulling himself out due to not wanting to accidentally pull her back in. He just now realized most of his joints hurt from all the time he had been sitting down there, but he made no sign to show it. Once he was out he looked around for the voice and when he heard it, realized he couldn't really understand what they were saying. He looked at Sephira to see what she said.Comment

Sephira smiled to herself as James pulled himself out. She could feel him putting as little wieght on her hand as possible. She didn't take offense. Indeed, how could she, when she would have done the same had their positions been reversed. She noticed the stiffness with which he moved, and guessed he had been sitting too long. The only way she knew how to help was to massage his muscles loose, but doubted he'd like that much at the moment.
Star bumped her. I can hear them, but not understand them.
Sephira turned to hear better. She listened as carefully as she could, but she didn't understand the language. It was not Hylian, nor ancient Hylian. She could, however, make out Zeb's voice, and recognized his tone. She chuckled, for she had often heard him use that tone with her.Phillipians 4:13 - I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

"Calm down, you whippersnapper!" Athair said, turning around and punching Zeb in the stomach. The force of the punch made Zeb jump a bit. Zeb didn't even utter a sound when he was punched or when he landed on his butt. Zeb's vision was just very messed up for the moment.
"Excuse m-me...old man...." Zeb said as he tried to get everything together.
"I believe it means there is are two valleys that lead out of the desert..but I'm pretty sure we have to head to the places that I saw before the desert." Athair said calmly.
"And....what....places..did you...see?"
"Well, I saw the graveyard we're in now, a village in a forest, a lake, a huge volcano, and a fortress in a valley." Zeb thought about what Athair said and tried to match them with places in Hyrule.
"Kakariko Graveyard....Ordon Village..Lake Hylia...Death Mountain....but what is the last place?"* Zeb asked himself.

Sephira started towards Zeb and his companion, using her skill to keep from being heard. Star ghosted alongside her. Sephira got close enough to Zeb to hear him say, "Kakariko Graveyard....Ordon Village..Lake Hylia...Death Mountain....but what is the last place?"
"What last place would that be?" she asked calmly, as if she had been standing there the whole time. Star lay down beside her.Phillipians 4:13 - I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

James decided it would be better if he remained hidden and watched from the shadows, that way if something went wrong he could jump in and help. Besides he didn't know the person Sephira was talking to, and he didn't want to interrupt. Just in case, he drew one of his knives as silently as he could and kept watching in silence.Comment

Zeb slowly got up, but he didn't turn around. "If you're not coming with us, then I see no reason to tell you, Sephira." Zeb said calmy in Hylian. Athair raised his left eyebrow. Sure, he said it calmly, but it was sort of rude. If the roles were reversed, Athair knew he would be much nicer about it.Comment
