Star hissed faintly from her corner. "I smell blood on his hands. I do not trust him."
Sephira snorted. "And my hands are clean? Be still Star. I will at least try to help, if he speaks true." She then stepped out of the fireplace, feeling she was warm enough, and spoke to the boy before her. "I will help you track him down, for I have been curious as to where he is. First, however, I must eat breakfast, and I only bought enough for my mate and I. I apologize, but I could not have known you would be coming." She then moved to stand by James. "Would you like help cooking?" she asked, then whispered so that only the young man could hear, "I want you to come with me, please. Star doesn't trust this man, and I would certainly feel safer with you at my back."

Gerrard thought for a second and said' "when I was little my village got raided. I friendas the only survivor, basically after that I lived a life of thievary. Everything was normal until I was saved by Sephira and her friend Elliot from some thugs. We basically became friends after that, but then stuff went wrong. I was hired to steal a gem for this gerudo, I did it well so we kept in contact. Before long he really trusted me. After this it's kinda hazy, I think I was partly under a spell but I knew what I was doing. I was sent to kidnap people, I caused distruction. I killed hundreds of people. Along the way I became a powerful spellcaster. My last order seemed simple at the time, kidnap this gerudo girl. After a lot of research, I found out she was with Sephira. I kidnapped her and was making my escape, when a band of 10 came after me. I fought and killed 1 maybe 2. But one of them had this eeapon, a light bow. They managed to hit me with it and it did something to me. Then I woke up by her camp, I then tried to find her, I did and here I am."The Roose is LooseComment

James smiled, "Nah, I think I can manage breakfast...I hope." He kept the smile on his face as she whispered so the others didn't notice. When she was done he whispered back quickly, "You know I'll be there. I wouldn't want anything happening to you." That done, he knelt down and began taking the items from the basket.Comment
