  • "I believe so," Gerrard responded. "I have seen him with other people in the military and they were all wearing the same uniform. I do not think he is high in rank though."

    • (I thought it was a map, falcon?)

Sephira smiled. 'Thanks, James." She then promptly ignored his denial of help and started to sort the things she had bought. She tossed the meat she had bought to Star, then answered Ammy's question. 'I'm sure she would. But let her eat that first, so she can gage her stomach levels best."

      • Leo thought to himself some more, "There are no conflicts until the invasion," he said. "None that I know of." He was now kind of distant.

(Just remember, the Holodrum/Labrynna Conflict is still new and word hasn't spread yet. Plus, since he's from a twisted version of Classic Age of War, nothing else exists, per se.)

        • Gerrard thought some more, then said. "I believe he mainly did citizen control and survailence. At least that is what I saw him doing that night where I almost killed him."

          • Leo thought some more, "I suppose we should get moving. Lemme go ask the innkeeper if he knows anything and we'll head out." With that, Leo got up and approached the innkeeper. From a distance, all you could see was some talk, Leo paying the man, and then a longer conversation.

            • Gerrard's curiousity took the best of him, he wanted to know what was going on. He walked over there and asked,"what's going on? If we are partners I think I should be in on this."

              • "First, if it's important to you, about what we are discussing, I would include you. Second, we are partners as long as you do not cross me. Third, if you must know, I've managed to get a fix on Kairu. He was here within the last couple days. They innkeeper was about to give me the key to his room so we can search it. Now let's go," Leo said, clearly angered at Gerrard's noseiness. He took lead on the way up to Kairu's room.

                • Gerrard made a mental note not to be nosy, he didn't want Leo mad at him. He followed Leo up several staircases on the way to Kairu's room. They then went through a few dimly lighted hallways until Leo stopped at what he presumed to be the room they were looking for. "What exavtly are we looking for?," Gerrard inquired. "I am not that bad at finding things that are either hidden or are simply lost."

                  • "Anything of use. Anything at all. If you're so bad at scavenging, then stay here and keep watch. Someone is bound to poke their nose in our business." With that, Leo unlocked the door and entered. He was halfway through the door when he noticed Ryli was there, sleeping. His feet and heart stopped immediately recognizing her. 'It's that woman in the house that witch beat up... but...,' and his brain then stopped with his eyes wide with fear. 'Was he... They're together?!' he screamed in his head. 'That explains so much!'

                    • Gerrard stood outside of the room in watch, as Leo requested. He looked around the hall, taking in his surroundings. The hall was lit by a solitary lamp roughy in the middle of the hall. There seemed to be no one occupying any of the rooms, they were completsly alone.

                      • James sighed with a mixture of angriness and mostly relief that he would have her help. While she sorted through the food he took the knife still in its sheath and made it some space on his belt, where he could reach it easily. Once he was done with that he glimpsed out the window, where the Sun had risen over the village and was making its way through the sky. He returned his attention to Sephira, trying to see what he could do to help.

                        • It took a moment for Leo to refocus on his goal. He noted at how she was a beautiful Gerudo. He didn't remember her being so attractive, but he was young at the time. He looked over to the corner of the room and noticed there was a note on the desk. He approached the note and lit a candle to start reading it.

                          • Gerrard was still looking around, trying to make sure that no one was coming. After about 5 minutes he started relaxing, but then he heard something. A small boy came down the hall, Gerrard thought for a second and then walked up to him. He assumed that he could probably scare tge boy away. "Leave," Gerrard said, "there is nothing to see here. We are just cleaning rooms." With that he left, then Gerrard rejoined his post.

                            • After Sephira had sorted through all the items she had gotten, she sent James to get her a bowl from the kitchen. She polished dust off it, then cracked the eggs into it, as well as the onions, followed by the ham when she had cut it into cubes. She spooned the mixture into two puddles on the rock she had used for cooking last night. Carefully, she pushed the rock closer to the fire, so that the omletts would cook. When she felt one side was done, she flipped them and spilled the cooked side with cheese. A little later, she handed James the piping hot omlett on another rock, as well as the orange she had bought. She wasn't sure how to split the milk, but decided there was nothing wrong with them sharing the bottle. She started to tuck into her omlett.

                              • Once again, James was stunned at how good Sephira seemed to be in the kitchen. The way she moved and cooked the omelet around was impressive, something he showed by gaping at her for a moment before too digging into his food. Once again, it was delicious. He got kind of thirsty, but he noticed there was only one bottle of milk, so decided he'd let Sephira have it. After all, he didn't want her catching any kind of virus he could possibly be carrying. After a few more gulps of the omelet, it was gone. He smiled at Sephira and was about to say something when he unconsciously rubbed the inner part of his arm against his shirt and it hurt. He looked at it to find it red along with his hand and his other arm. For a moment he didn't understand why, but then he remembered he had held Sephira for a fair amount of time which had obviously taken its toll. He went, "Hmm," and tried touching different parts of his arms. Some hurt more than others, but he would live. He shook the thought from his mind and looked up to see if Sephira was finished.
