"Anything for a friend," Sephira told her, smiling. She glanced up as she heard James' footsteps and Star's claws on the stone ground. She smiled. "I'm glad to see you back, James. Everything alright?"
Star moved to her side and she knelt down. He was just wanted some privacy, the cheetah told her.
Sephira nodded, glad that Star was sensitive enough not to tell her what exactly he needed privacy for. She moved to hug her boyfriend. Now that he was back, she felt reasonably safe leaving to get her own privacy. However, as seemed to be her curse, someone needed to talk to her, and that someone was Gerrard.
Mentally, she cursed, as she was really needed to get away and do something to calm her nerves down before she really exploded. Then she turned to Gerrard. "That might work," she told him, making it clear to him that she was annoyed. "However, I doubt the Gerudo will believe you were able to capture three women, a man, a child, a wolf, and a cheetah single-handedly. And you can't really say any of us are on your side, because they'll recognize us from having rescued Rose. Elwood's too young, and I doubt Ea will be willing to help." She had forgotten, of course, that she had been a phoenix the first time they rescued the Gerudo, and hadn't been there the second.
