He put his arms out in a 'what the heck?' pose. He began gesturing as he spoke. "I just came from there! I was at the camp for a while, but nobody showed up. Besides, I was under the impression Zora's Domain was past Lake Hylia."

(sorry, looked at the wrong map. lol)

Sephira sighed and closed her eyes. She pictured the map she had made in her mind from her exploring. "That's why. I was thinking of something else," she muttered. Opening her eyes, she turned and shouted over, "Sorry, I was thinking of something completely different. Zora's Domain is north. If you go to Castle Town and head north from there, you should find a river that you can follow over."

Vastol sighed, and began talking to himself a bit. "Seriously? I have to go back either way?" He shouted over to Sephira. "Like I said, I thought it was past the lake."

Elwood had sat down while they talked. Since he had no idea what place they were talking about, he was bored. He knew who the Zoras were. Some went to the forest sometimes, though it wasn't common. He remembered there might even be a shortcut to their palace in the Lost Woods, but he had never found it himself. While they talked he began inspecting the Kokiri Sword that had been next to him when he first woke up. Like everything made in the forest, it was beautiful. This sword was perhaps the only good thing that had happened to him since he woke up. He looked up at the guy across the lake. Why wouldn't he just leave already?

Sephira pressed her finger against her temples, trying to keep calm. "The river flows from the lake. But unless you're really good, you can't follow that path. The way I just told you is the fastest way to get over there," she called over. "Now is there anything else you need, or will that be all?" Midnight crawled over to lay his head down on Elwood's lap. The wolf sighed deeply and closed his eyes. Sephira glanced down and gave him a small smile, then turned back to the other man.

Vastol thought for a second, then called back. "No, I think that's about all. Thanks for the help." He turned to leave, then turned back. "Oh, one last thing. You wouldn't happen to know a Sephira, would you? I've been meaning to discuss something with her." He lowered his volume. "At least, I think it's a 'her'. It sounds feminine enough."
Annika looked at him. "It is."
"Er, right." He called back over. "So, yeah, would you know where she is?"

Sephira was surprised to her hear her name mentioned. "You're looking for Sephira? Why do you need her?" she asked, a little warily. She didn't recognize this man, so chances were he was after some bounty on her head or something. And if that's why he wanted her, she sure wasn't going to tell him who exactly she was.

"Well, I was at her camp on Hyrule Field for a while, and she didn't show up, and I wanted to set up a tent or two. I noticed the place didn't have a proper First Aid or hospital or anything." Vastol shrugged as he spoke. "Gotta make my living some way, don't I? Well, practice, at least. You get the idea... I would hope. And, yeah, I mentioned a couple, coz, well, I need a place to sleep. I'm not gonna live in a bed for the sick and injured. That's unhygenic."
                  "You're blabbering."
"Uh, yeah... I noticed. My bad." He called again. "My bad! I was talking a bit much."

Elwood's head perked up when he heard the last part of the conversation. He had started petting Midnight who he was really starting to like when he heard Sephira's name come up. He didn't know why she hadn't told him right away who she was, but he decided it wasn't really any of his business. He looked back down and continued petting Midnight while smiling.

Sephira chuckled. "It's all right. I've lived with chatterboxes before." Then she gathered herself. "I am Sephira. You have my permission to set up your tents, although I don't really own the site. No more than anyone owns any land." Stari to the core, Sephira believed no one owned land.

"Oh. Well, that's convenient, isn't it?" Vastol was speaking to Annika.
She simply looked at him for 2 seconds, then went back to watching the water.
"Right...." He turned back to Sephira calling. "Well, thanks for the help. But if you don't mind me saying, your friends there seem to be getting along well, for someone you were pointing a weapon at earlier. IS the-" He sighed. "Y'know, this whole shouting thing is getting ridiculous. Should i just come over there if we're gonna talk anymore?"

Elwood began humming quietly, he could tell this was starting to turn into a long conversation. He wondered when the last time he had eaten something or even drunk something had been. He looked at the surface of the lake; it looked so tempting. Finally he sighed and decided he could wait. He leaned back against the ground and began dozing off.

Sephira sighed. "Niether are my friends. Midnight is my partner, Elwood is a suspect in a murder. If they grow close, it will make it easier for me to find him if he escapes me." She glanced at the two, and rolled her eyes with annoyance. Both were dozing, Midnight half on the boy. "Men," she muttered to herself. Star wouldn't be dozing, nor would she be getting close to the Kokiri. She turned back to the other man. "If you want to come over here, that's fine with me. But if you don't mind, I need to deal with this situation before the wife of the deceased decides to come after him on her own and not listen to what exactly happened."

"Oh, OK. Sorry." He called. "I should let you get back to your bouty hunting. Let's go." He turned, and the pair of them headed on the way to the Zora's Domain.

Sephira called a "thank you" after the retreating figures, then looked back down at the two at her feet. "What in Farore's forest am I going to with you?" she whispered to the Kokiri. She knelt down next to the two and glanced up. The sun was starting to head down, which surprised her. Had it really taken so long to track the boy? What really frustrated her was knowing that James was sitting by the remaints of the pier with Star and that Sheikah. At least, she very much doubted her boyfriend had left it. She sighed and gave the boy a small shake. "Come on, we should get going," she said gently.
