Sephira didn't have any trouble entering Clock Town, although she noticed the guards watching her. She hoped they wouldn't have any reason to stop her, as she wanted to get a feel for the town before finding Maxwell. "I wonder how hard it would be to meet with him," she mused quietly. She didn't think it would be too difficult, depending on what sort of leader he was. If he was the kind who had to keep his finger on everything, the only sure thing was that it he wouldn't be at the palace, or whatever these people had for the ruling class.
Clock Town itself was a quaint little town. No where near as busy as Castle Town, and it was much neater. The Termina city had been divided into four regions when it had ben constructed, and each were built a lot more neatly than the random mish-mash of placement that Castle Town had. It would be much easy to find her way around here than her home country's city. She might even prefer Clock Town, if she ever chose a place to settle.
