Sephira examained Zeb's face closely. Something was bugging him. She gave a mental shrug, it didn't matter for now, though if he was wanting her for something, she'd rather he get to the point. Stari might always speak formally, but at least they got to the point. "Several things. Let's see...I helped rescue the Kokiri from Skull kids, helped rescue LonLon Ranch from Wolfos, got captured by thieves, escaped from them, met several people I've grown close to, helped the professor at Lake Hylia deal with a mutation problem, helped rescue a friend from the Gerudo, helped another friend deal with some stuff in Lake Hylia, rescued some other friends from drowning, tried to teach another friend to swim, and tried to help three friends find a house to live in." She bit her lip to keep her from telling about Elliot and Rose's romantic problem, or her burning Elliot. Melody listened to the girl tell her tale and was surprised at how much she had done in four months. When Sephira was done she decided it was time to go check on the boy so she got up, slowly, keeping up her old lady act. "Ho ho ho, well it looks like you two have lots to catch up on," she said to her, and smiled kindly at both of them. "Well, then, I guess this old pile of bones should get going then." She chuckled a little then slowly moved up to Sephira, she walked with a hunch, her book in one of her hands, she took Sephira's in her other. She was sure her touch would feel ice cold to the girl, like suddenly walking through a Winter frozen world and coming back to the real world immediately. "Fare thee well, Sephira Phoenix, and may our paths intertwine yet again." She smiled with a glint in her eye, then turned to the boy. "And it was a pleasure meeting you, Zebulon Bermudez, I can see why a girl of such principles as is her would be willing to throw out the one who really loves her for you. Remember not to be afraid of what's to come, but to always remember who you are, or the outcome could be ill-starred for all." She said all of these things while holding both of his hands in hers, a mysterious chime in her voice. She continued looking into his eyes for a second longer, then pulled away and walked past him out into the Sun outside. As soon as the daylight hit her, her old body glimmered and faded into nothingness, but from the place where the other two were standing, it was hard to tell whether it had been the light playing tricks on their eyes or not. Far away in the sky, dark storm clouds boomed over Hyrule Field.Comment

Sephira jumped when the woman spoke, she had forgotten she was there. She mentally berated herself, forgetting someone's presense was a sure way to death if you weren't careful. She gasped as the woman took her hand. Sephira had never felt anything so cold before, especially with her phoenix flame keeping her warm, even in the coldest of winters. She stared after the woman as she walked out and vanished. How does that old woman know my name? What does she mean by always remember who you are? I don't even know what my real name is! Zebulon thought as he turned around only to find the woman gone. Sephira shook her head, still staring after the woman. "No, she was in here just after I came in and got changed. I've never seen her before." She wondered if it was one of the goddesses. The coldness ruled out Din, but she had no idea if it would be Nayru or Farore. Maybe even niether and just a ghost. She shrugged and turned back to Zeb. Sephira cocked her head. "I thought your parents were that rich couple in Castle Town? Or were you adopted?" She wondered if this was the other thing. If he was searching for people, who better to find them than a tracker? And she was the best one he knew, as far as she could tell. "Yes. I'm adopted." Zeb told Sephira. "According to my adopted parents, 18 years ago, when I was about one year old, they found me in some ruins of a village few miles east of Kakariko that nobody seemed to know about. Taking note of the decaying bodies and all the charred remains of houses and tables, my adopted parents assumed no one survived the massacre and decided to raise me." Zeeb closed his eyes as he tried to search through his mind for an old memory, but nothing happened. He sighed and opened his eyes again. "Now you know."Comment

Sephira rolled her eyes. It was something, but she wasn't in the mood to find out what. Right now, she wanted to know where James had gotten to with Star, then find Elliot and Midnight. After that, she'd look for Rose. All she had to do was take care of this person. She nibbled her lip as she tried to think of some way to get him to leave so she could find her friends, but nothing came.
Finally, she sighed. "Alright, I need to go find my partners. You can come with me if you like." Her voice, however, suggested it would be wise of him to not follow. She went into the house and grabbed her pack, hoisted it onto her shoulders, then buckled her sword back on and left the house.
